Polymer crosslinked polymers are characterized by swelling properties.The study of swelling properties is a hot spot in the field of polymer physics in recent years.The determination of swelling degree Del is of great significance to its mechanical properties.At present,most of the traditional equipment for measuring crosslinked polymer swelling is non-continuous,contact,low precision and only test a single sample.Therefore,it is of great significance to design and improve the swelling degree test method reasonably.In this paper,a new swelling test system is designed by changing the traditional quality measurement method,and the characterization of swelling degree is transformed into a continuous measurement of height change,and the swelling properties of hydrogel are studied by using the system.In this paper,the existing and traditional swelling test methods are studied and improved,and a new swelling test system is designed and built,which can continuously test multiple samples in different experimental environments(temperature,solvent and cross-linking degree).Based on photoelectric displacement and data acquisition,a new swelling test system is built in this paper.The new swelling test system mainly includes data acquisition and processing,temperature control,sample testing and so on.The photoelectric displacement is used to monitor the swelling height in real time to realize high precision measurement.Then the combination of laser displacement sensing technology and LabView virtual technology is introduced,which can measure continuously automatically and continuously.Save the data;then use Origin to process the experimental data and draw the swelling curve.According to the characteristics of polyacrylamide hydrogel,polyacrylamide hydrogel with different cross-linking degree was prepared to test its swelling property in different solvents.The swelling property of P(NIPAAm-co-AAc)temperature-sensitive hydrogel was not only related to its ratio.It is also related to environmental temperature.Compared with different sample curves,the swellingdegree of polyacrylamide hydrogel with lower degree of cross-linking is greater.Polyacrylamide hydrogel first contracted under the condition of alcohol solvent,and then replaced deionized water with deionized water as solvent.Polyacrylamide hydrogel began to swell again,and finally reached swelling equilibrium.The quantitative value of solubility is measured continuously and accurately by using height as the benchmark,which reflects the dynamic process related to the cross-linking between polymer macromolecules and is of practical significance to reveal the swelling mechanism and the control law of material synthesis.Compared with the traditional measurement method,the system can not only determine the swelling performance of polymers,but also realize automation,convenient operation and high sensitivity.Figure [40] Table [7] Reference [50]...
