In March 2015,the ministry of agriculture issued the double action of "zero growth" of pesticide and fertilizer using in 2020,strive to main crop pesticide utilization rate above 40%,and the eff-icient pesticide auxiliaries to improve the utilization rate of pesticides are basically monopolized by foreign companies.Furthermore,naphthalene sulfonic acid dispersants can give the pesticide particles high dispersibility and stability at low dosage.Naphthalene sulfonic acid dispersants have attracted more and more attention because of their high dispersibility to dispersants.Therefore,it is necessary to research and develop naphthalene sulfonic acid dispersant with new structure,excellent dispersion stability,low preparation cost and environmental friendliness and its preparation process.This topic respectively synthesized a series of alkyl naphthalene sulfonate,naphthalene sulfonic acid sodium,sodium methyl naphthalene sulfonic acid,diisopropyl naphthalene sulfonate,isobutyl naphthalene sulfonic acid sodium,a series of polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfonate:BN08,BNO10,BN012,BNO15 sodium sulfonate,and the synthetic product was nuclear magnetic and infrared analysis,have proved that the synthesis of the structure of the target product.The surface chemical activity parameters of eight target products were analyzed:HLB value,CMC value,Tmax?Amin ?Gmic and ?Gads.The HLB values of sodium tetralkyl naphthalene sulfonate were 11-15,which had a certain wetting and dispersing effect.The HLB values of sodium tetralkyl naphthalene polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate were 29-32,which mainly played a wetting role.The ability of series alkyl naphthalene sulfonate to reduce the surface tension increased with the increase of alkyl number,and the ability of series naphthalene phenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate to reduce the surface tension decreased with the increase of EO number.In the four alkyl naphthalene sulfonates,two isobutyl naphthalene sulfonate have the largest maximum air/water interface 0.84 ?mol·m-2,the minimum area of molecular Amin1.98 nm2,in the four naphthol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfonates,BNO8 have the largest maximum air/water interface 1.33 ?mol·m-2,the minimum area of molecular Amin 1.25 nm2,at the same time the absolute value of AGmic,is as larger as ?Gads,also the same capacity of having stronger form micelles and adsorption.Naphthalene sulfonate(HY-01)can be successfully used as sulfonate dispersant in the formulation of 80%atrazine WDG preparation,and the mixture with SD-819 has a better wetting and dispersing effect.The best formulation:80%atrazine,4%SD-819,4%HY-01,2%SR-05,kaolin supplement;Methylnaphthalene sulfonate(HY-02)can be successfully used as sulfonate powder in the formulation of 38%pyrazole ether mycoester·pyridyl mycoamine dry suspension agent.The best formulation is:12.8%pyrizole ether mycoester,25.2%pyridol mycoamine,17.5%SD-819,7.5%HY-02,3%SD-02,2.5%glycol,2.5%ammonium sulfate,and SR-04.Sodium diisobutyl naphthalene sulfonate(HY-04)can be successfully used as a wetting agent in the formulation of 65%cyclamen · primrose water purification dispersible granules.The best formulation:25%cyclamen,40%cyclamen,5%SD-816,3%HY-04,5%ammonium sulfate,and corn starch supplement.Alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid sodium and naphthol compound with polyoxyethylene ether sulfonates,can increase the wetting dispersing effect,combined systems of CMCideal,CMCexp,??,?m and?Gex researching,found that when the ratio of HY-02:BNO10 is 15:5,having the most synergistic,and having the best use in 90%atrazine water dispersant.
