In this paper, by using 1-decene and methyl naphthalene as raw material, anhydrous aluminium trichloride as catalyst, the synthesis of didecyl methyl naphthalene was studied.Using controlling variables method, effects of quantity of catalyst catalyst, reaction time,adding time, reaction temperature on the alkylation reaction had been explored. Using GC-MS, conversion of 1-decene and methyl naphthalene, yield of C6~C9 were analyzed, the optimizing reaction conditions of alkylation were determined, the conversion of 1-decene and methyl naphthalene were maximum, the proportion of by-produce was minimum under conditions of the molar ratio(nnaphthalene : ndecene) of methyl naphthalene and 1-decene being 1:2,9% of catalyst dosage, reaction time for 30 minute, adding time for 40minute~60minute,reaction temperature at 50℃.Didecyl methyl naphthalene sulfonate was synthesized through the sulfonation of didecyl methyl naphthalene with chlorosulfonic acid, factors of affecting sulfonation reaction such as ratio of acid and oil, the temperature and time of sulfonation were investigated, by balance of interfacial tension of ASP system as the evaluation index, the better sulfonation conditions were determined: ratio of acid and oil being 1.6:1, sulfonation temperature at50℃~70℃, sulfonation time for 50minute~60minute.When the concentration of didecyl methyl naphthalene sulfonate was 0.1wt%~0.3wt%,concentration of sodium carbonate was 0.6wt%~1.2wt%, concentration of polymer was1800mg/L, interfacial tension of systems could be achieved 10-3mN/m in the range of concentration; the ASP system of compounded with weak was stability, and could make the interfacial tension at low levels within 90 day. The stability of emulsion of ASP injection system of compounded with 0.3wt% of didecyl methyl naphthalene sulfonate,1.2wt% of sodium carbonate, 1800mg/L of polymer and ASP dilution system of compounded with 0.1wt% of didecyl methyl naphthalene sulfonate, 0.6wt% of sodium carbonate, 1800mg/L of polymer was studied, Water absorption of two ASP only achieved55%, 45%, founding that the stability of emulsion was good and ASP dilution system was more stable; compared particle size distribution features of system, founding that droplet sizes of starting state and sedimentation equilibrium of ASP dilution system were higher ASP injection system. The oil displacement experiment using didecyl methyl naphthalene sulfonate on artificial core of Daqing was carried, the chemical flooding recovery could be achieved 32.29%, the chemical flooding recovery of weak base didecyl methyl naphthalenesulfonate system was higher compared with weak base heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate system.
