The damage of buildings in coal mining areas is a widespread concern in society.In this paper,based on the situation of deformation and destruction of houses in a village,Huaibei City,using on-site investigation,pit exploration,drilling and sampling,test analysis,numerical simulation analysis and comprehensive research and other methods,the deformation and damage characteristics of the houses in the village are investigated and analyzed.It also explained factors such as the mining,discharging groundwater,engineering geology and house structure that may cause the deformation and destruction of these houses,and analyzes the main reasons for the house deformation and damage comprehensively.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the investigation of 64 damaged houses on the spot,the damage of the house is mainly cracking deformation.What's more,the damage degree is mainly mild damage,accounting for 64%,and there is no obvious discipline in spatial distribution.(2)According to the geological conditions and mining technology of 11001 working face near the village,the maximum of surface subsidence calculated on the probability integration method is 0.76 m.At the same time,based on Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua(FLAC3D)numerical simulation,the maximum influence distance of the pre-stress during the working face mining process is 75 m,and the distance between the working face and the village house is 240 m.The collapse of the mining will not bring about the deformation of the house directly.(3)Analyzing the foundation and the structure of the house,the main foundation soil has higher bearing capacity and less deformation.In addition,the site has no sand liquefaction phenomenon,and the foundation stability is better;the house is mainly masonry structure and has poor resistance to deformation.(4)The large-well method was used to predict and analyze the influence range of groundwater drainage in Liudong Coal Mine.The predicted radius of mine drainage was about 339 m,and most of the village were within the scope of the falling funnel.In summary,the large-area falling funnel caused by the pumping and drainage of the mine is the influencing factor of the deformation and destruction of the village's house,and the foundation soil is silt,the structure of the house is simple.Eventually,the upper house with poor resistance to deformation will produce irregular damage dominated by cracking deformation.Figure [26] table [13] reference [65].
