Since reform and opening,the development of urban construction has entered an acceleration period in our city,At the same time that the demolition of waste buildings produces large quantities of construction waste,a large amount of waste concrete is also produced during the construction process.In order to response the concept of green building and sustainable development,recycled concrete emerge as the time require.As the largest amount of artificial building material,the allocation of concrete can't without amount of sand.Recycled concrete can not only reduce the environmental pollution pressure caused by resources.But the surface of recycled aggregate contains a great quantity of used cement mortar,and there are many edges and corners on the apparent after mechanical crushing,fine cracks in the interior,these properties make recycled aggregate have low strength,high apparent density and high water absorption,the strength of concrete is generally low when configuring concrete.In order to improve the utilization rate of recycled aggregate,a large number of scholars have done experimental research on the reinforcement of recycled aggregates,soaking recycled aggregates in the cement silicate solution is also one of the methods.Using a cement silicate solution to react with the old cement mortar attached to the recycled aggregate,reaction of sodium silicate with calcium hydroxide to form calcium silicate gel,pore in the filler material,make materials densify,thereby increasing the strength of the recycled aggregate.At the same time,the current development of urban construction is accelerating,the brick-concrete structure built in the 1950s was gradually demolished,waste brick aggregates are also part of construction waste.Relative to recycled concrete aggregate,the research of recycled aggregate is more accord with engineering practice.The use of recycled aggregates not only reduces our exploitation of natural resources,it can also reduce the environmental damage and pollution of solid waste.Based on sustainable development,the use of waste concrete has important social significance.In this paper,three sets of tests are carried out,one is a comparison group with only recycled concrete aggregates,and the other is a common recycled brick-concrete aggregate concrete,the respectively proportion of recycled brick-concrete aggregate is 10%,15%,20%,25%and 30%,the other group is recycled brick aggregate concrete with cement silicate solution soaked in recycled concrete aggregate based on the proportion of the same group of the same recycled brick mix.The strength of three groups of test blocks was studied after they were cured to their age.The results show that:1)The failure mode of mixed recycled aggregate concrete is similar to that of natural aggregate concrete.2)The comparative test found that the immersion of 5%cement silicate solution can improve the strength of recycled brick aggregate concrete.3)Regardless of the recycled concrete of ordinary brick-concrete aggregates or the recycled concrete of recycled brick-concrete after immersion in cement silicate solution,the tensile and splitting compressive strength of concrete increases with the replacement rate of recycled brick aggregate.And decrease.4)In the three ages of 3d,7d and 28d,the compressive strength of regenerated mixed bone concrete immersed in 5%cement silicate solution for one hour was the fastest at 3d,and the growth was relatively slow at 28d.5)At 28 days of age,the split tensile strength of recycled aggregate concrete after one hour of immersion in 5%cement silicate solution also increased.6)In the recycled concrete of ordinary brick-concrete aggregate,when the replacement rate of recycled brick aggregate reaches 30%,the compressive strength of concrete has not reached the requirement of design strength C30.In the recycled brick-concrete aggregate immersed in cement silicate solution,the strength of the concrete is improved,but when the replacement rate of the recycled brick-mixed aggregate is 40%,the strength of the concrete just reaches the design requirement of the design strength C30.Figure[35]table[19]reference[51].
