With the development of electronic engineering and technology,semi-conductive photoelectric nano-materials are widespread used in solar cells,photodetectors,light-emitting diodes,and the medical devices.?-? family of compounds,including PbSe,PbS and PbTe.It is a kind of narrow band gap semi-conductor.Can be used to infrared detector.This thesis through synthesize PbSe nano-materials(quantum dots)and photoelectric properties to realize optical detector.First,through the hot injection experiment to synthesize PbSe quantum dots.controlling the reaction temperature 110?,130?,150? and each temperature under different extraction time 10 s,20s,40 s,55s for synthesize quantum dots under different conditions.Then use electronic transmission microscope,X-ray diffraction spectrum,infrared spectrum and some other methods to characterize the morphology and physical properties of nano-materials.Through the comparison,to selecting the best synthetic conditions.The experimental results show that,under the various reaction conditions can grow out of quantum dots.Infrared absorption peak at about 1420 nm.In 150?,40 s extraction quantum dots purer particles more grow more intensive nucleation,It is size about 12 nm.CdSe core-shell to prevent the oxidation of PbSe quantum dots.After the PbSe nucleation to rapid injection CdTOP mixed solution in the solution.Analysis showed that the core-shell structure makes the PbSe quantum dots more stable.Photoelectric response test by vacuum coating machine,plating silver elemental to evaporate into steam gas evenly in fork refers to mask version is formed on the silver electrode.And rub core-shell PbSe quantum dots on the silver electrode,stay to different light intensity,record the change of the electrode resistance.The experimental results show that,in light of circumstances,the resistance of the quantum dots to continue to reduce the free electrons.Theory analysis and PbSe photoconductive type the principle of photoelectric properties of nano-materials.And to the feasibility analysis of optical type infrared detector.
