The mining battery motor car is transportation equipment commonly used in the coal mining industry.The speed control system used by most of the mining motor vehicles is still DC-speed regulation.There are many technical deficiencies in DC-speed control technology.With the rapid development of integrated chips and AC speed regulation,AC speed regulation is gradually replacing DC speed regulation.In view of the shortcomings of DC-speed regulation,the design of using AC asynchronous motor instead of DC motor for speed regulation is proposed in the paper.The control algorithm and the control body were designed for the frequency conversion speed control system of the mining battery motor car around the AC motor speed control theory.Firstly,the current situation of the operation speed regulation of the mining battery motor car was introduced,and the superiority of SVPWM with SPWM speed regulation was compared.The SVPWM speed control sector selection mode was changed to construct a closed speed loop system,and the speed control mode was simulated in MATLAB.The speed control system and its sub-module model were established in Simulink,and the BP neural network was used to train the position angle ? of the SVPWM and the three-phase modulation signal wave function.Based on TMS320F2812,the main loop composing of filtering and inverter circuit,control circuit composing of DSP were designed,protect circuit consisting of overvoltage-undervoltage protection,overcurrent protection,pumping voltage protection,and IPM intelligent inverter module's fault protection loop.Finally,the overall structural block diagram of the system was considered,the software flow chart of the system and the electrical schematic diagram were drawn.The main function of the variable frequency speed control system was realized based on study of various electrical components.This paper provides a good idea for realizing the speed control of asynchronous motor by fuzzy control algorithm,which can overcome the nonlinearity impact caused by traditional vector control method.
