The design of the vortex device is mainly used to exclude fluid from the ground pipeline,especially the fluid at the bottom of the climbing pipeline.The quality and the transmission efficiency of the vortex device directly affect the development and transportation costs of natural gas.Therefore,theoretical analysis and simulation study on the vortex in the vortex device,improve its ability to transport fluid and reduce the cost of natural gas transmission,is the focus and main direction of this paper.In this paper,the three-dimensional structure design of the vortex device is carried out.The flow field of the vortex device is theoretically analyzed,and the internal flow field of the device is modeled.Based on the model,the flow type of the fluid in the device is analyzed.The gas-liquid two-phase flow theory is used to determine the internal velocity field of the device,and relevant theoretical analysis is carried out.The flow field is simulated by Fluent software,and the flow velocity,pressure and phase distribution of the internal flow field of the vortex device are obtained.The flow field distribution of the vortex device with different structural parameters under different working conditions is studied.The numerical simulation of the liquid carrying capacity of this type of device is carried out.Through the above design,analysis and simulation research,the simulation results of the scroll device under different parameters are compared,and the influence law and the optimal parameter value of different parameters on the working effect of the device are determined.Eliminating the effluent of the climbing gas pipeline with the vortex device can improve the efficiency of gas transmission,reduce energy loss,reduce labor costs,and improve the comprehensive benefits of gas pipeline transportation.
