| In the production of natural gas, there are various kinds of liquid with the gas extraction, such as brine and liquid hydrocarbon.These liquids are carried to the ground in form of water droplets.In the low pressure gas reservoir, liquid carrying capacity of gas is insufficient, the mixture of liquid cannot be brought to the ground, thus they are deposited within the wellbore. Well back pressure rise due to these fluid, therefore the production capacity is affected, gas well may be drown. This problem seriously affects the gas production, greatly improving the mining, gathering cost. Based on the principle of fluid dynamic hydrocyclone technology, adopt the hydrocyclone technology to solve this problem.In this article, vortex technology is applied to solve this problem. In view of the bottom of the formation mechanism, aquire the ecision rules of bottom deposite fluid and mathematical model of gas Wells liquid carrying ability.On the basis of the mathematical model, the geometric model and physical model of downhole hydrocyclone tools to design and modeling, and to rely on software matlab and fluent two-phase vortex inside the tubing string, numerical modeling and simulation research based on the calculation model and the solution is optimized, thus it is concluded that the optimal structure of the downhole hydrocyclone tools influence on liquid carrying capacity. In according to Su77-4-4and77-4-6gas well working conditions for the experiment of different measures, for more than nine months of operation test, and the test data obtained from the analysis and collection of the scene, the final validation hydrocyclone technology in the drainage gas recovery effect, the practical application of two experimental Wells after adding device gas producing fluid volume are increased, and finally output stability, casing pressure drop rate increase. Vortex line tool in borehole performs the function of improving both liquid gas well production capacity, make production stable. |
