With the development of the offshore oil industry,while increasing the exploitation of existing oil and gas resources,deep-sea oil and gas exploitation is the main task at present.Although the design and construction techniques of large offshore platforms have become mature in recent years,the research on offshore platforms installation technology is not systematic and perfect.In this paper,to solve the problems of long working time and high requirements for marine environment in the traditional installation method,the hydraulic synchronous control and rapid unloading technology are applied to the floatover installation to realize the rapid transfer of platform load,thereby improving the overall operation efficiency.According to the operation process of the traditional installation method,the main process of the hydraulic jack-up floatover installation method was formulated.The environmental loads of the barge and platform were calculated under the specified marine environment,including wind load,wave load and current load.The load of hydraulic cylinders under the worst working conditions was analyzed.The hydraulic jacking system model applied to the floatover installation was established in the AMESim software,and the position synchronization control of multi-hydraulic cylinders were realized by electro-hydraulic proportional control technology.The main hydraulic components were modeled and simulated to illustrate the role of each component and its impact on the synchronization performance of the system.Through the simulation analysis,the displacement and velocity curves of the hydraulic jacking unit were obtained,and the reasons for the non-synchronization during the jacking process were analyzed.Through the AMESim/Simulink interface and the S function,the software co-simulation was realized.According to the inconsistent load of each hydraulic cylinder during the hydraulic jacking process,the fuzzy PID master-slave synchronous control method was used to achieve the high precision synchronous control of multi-hydraulic cylinders in load transfer process,so as to ensure that the upper platform was in a stable state and improved stability during installation.In order to quickly return the piston rod to the zero position after the mass of the upper platform is completely transferred,an unloading circuit suitable for the high pressure and large flow system is designed.Calculate the unloading volume and unloading flow during the unloading process,and select the unloading valve that meets the requirements.The valve opening curve is derived based on the uniform release of volume increment and sinusoidal release,and the simulation analysis of the straight line and sinus curve is carried out to obtain the unloading curve,so that the hydraulic cylinder that completes the load transfer can be unloaded quickly,and the high-pressure hydraulic oil does not damage the piping and hydraulic components during the return stroke during rapid return.
