In recent years,the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents,food safety issues have become the focus of social problems.The problem of food safety not only harms the interests of our people,but also seriously affects the image of our party and government.China's economy has been in the rapid development of meat products,the sustained development of the meat industry,and create a good opportunity,but security incidents of cooked meat products often occur,strengthen quality supervision of meat products is particularly important.Through analysis of my unit 2015 national supervision of cooked meat products related quality indicators of test results data,reflect the change trend of quality of the products and the existing problems,to explore the internal and external factors closely related,put forward the quality analysis report,and puts forward some effective suggestions and supervision of our detection standard,to improve the detection efficiency better.Monitoring China meat product development,so as to improve food safety,protect the health of consumers.The main results are as follows:1.The spot check of cooked meat products in 2015 have number of 588 audit companies,the total number of 916 pieces,qualified batch number 860,batch percent of pass is 93.9%,as a whole is on the rise.The supervision and spot check of pre-packaged cooked meat products mainly include sauce lurou,sirloin,shredded meat,dried meat,meat products,frozen cooked meat products,canned meat,XunZhu ham,sausage,etc.,the number of unqualified product is 56,the number of unqualified item is 68,Involving substandard indicators have food additive project,physical and chemical and microbial projects,the quantity of unqualified samples respectively have 20,26,and 20,the number of total unqualified food additives non-conformance item number was 32.4%,the ratio of the number of total unqualified microbial non-conformance item number ratio of 29.4%.2.The annual sampling observation of various provinces,cities and autonomous regions in 2015,a total of 29 provinces and autonomous regions,sampling percent of pass is 97.6%The spot checks of qualified rate respectively are Beijing 97.6%,Tianjin 83.3%,Hebei 85.1%,Shanxi 94.9%,Inner Mongolia 95.5,Liaoning 93.4%,Jilin 100%,Heilongjiang 96.7%,Shanghai 93.0%,Jiangsu 100%,Zhejiang 97.5%,Anhui 88.2%,Fujian 88.2%,Jiangxi 92.3%,Shandong 100%,Henan 100%,Hubei 100%,Hunan 93.1%,Guangdong 97.7%,Guangxi 88.0%,Chongqing 96.6%,Sichuan 87.8%,Guizhou 91.3%,Yunnan,92.3%,Shaanxi 85.3%,Gansu 91.7%,Qinghai 100%,Ningxia 100%,Xinjiang 100%.3.In 2015,large enterprises qualified rate was 98%,the qualified rate was 98.6%;medium-sized enterprises qualified rate is 94.9%,the qualified rate was 95.5%;small enterprises qualified rate is 91.7%,the qualified rate was 91.8%.4.By 2015 the results and analysis,put forward the feasible effective regulatory Suggestions:establish and improve the standard of cooked meat products regulatory system;Strengthening supervision enterprise quality management,standardization of production and processing,improve technology,improve the level of production;Strengthen the supervision of production and processing link,implement enterprise's main body responsibility;Keep pace with The Times,by means of science and technology to achieve the comprehensive regulation,the regulation of food on the Internet.
