Comparative Study And Implication On Eco-Marxism And Organic Marxism

More and more serious global ecological environment problems have attracted close attention of academic circles.Eco-Marxism and organic Marxism are the achievements of ecological environment research in academic circles.At present,scholars have a lot of discussions on the two ecological theories,but there is no clear expression on the relationship between them,which makes it difficult for people to get a correct understanding of the theoretical positioning of the two and the construction of ecological civilization program.This paper combs the relationship between the two western ecological theories and Marxist ecological thoughts,as well as the background and main contents of the two western ecological thoughts.Through the comparative study of the origin,theoretical basis,practical scheme and ecological values of the ecological crisis,the advantages and limitations of the two are found.Through the analysis and discrimination of the two,and hope to draw inspiration for the study of Marxist ecological thought.Both of the western ecological theories are based on solving the global ecological environment problems.Although the explanations in theory and the measures in practice are different,but the purpose is to build a harmonious relationship between man and nature,so that the world can embark on the road of ecological civilization.In the analysis of the root cause of ecological crisis,organic Marxism holds that capitalist modernity thinking is its root,while another ecological thought points out that capitalist system is the root cause of ecological environment problems.In terms of ecological view,ecological Marxism is based on anthropocentric ecological view.Another kind of ecological thought forms organic holism ecological view,which advocates harmonious coexistence between man and nature.On the solution of environmental problems,Eco-Marxists believe that an Eco-socialist society should be established in the form of non-violent revolution,while another kind of ecological thought seeks the "third way",advocating the establishment of mixed system and organic education,and the path of ecological civilization for the common well-being development.From the comparative study of the two,we can find that they have their own advantages and disadvantages.Both of them have some misunderstandings on the understanding of Marxism,which we must avoid in our analysis.From the rational factors such as advocating rational consumption,criticizing capitalism,basing on the development theory of the times,attaching importance to the wisdom of traditional Chinese culture,and cultivating community consciousness,the theoretical and practical enlightenment of the study of Marxist ecological thought is drawn.In the comparative study of the two,we should correctly understand the theoretical essence of the two party from the standpoint of Marx doctrine.Drawing the two part's essence of building the ecological civilization.Criticizing the dross of the two in seeking the path of ecological civilization.Attaching the importance to the wisdom of Chinese traditional culture,and fully excavate the ecological ideas of Marx.We must make unremitting efforts to build a beautiful home of global existence of mankind.
