direct impact on the future development of science and technology finance in China.The purpose of studying the eco-environment of science and technology finance in China is to analyze the supporting ability of financial resources to the development of science and technology enterprises,to find out the shortcomings faced by the development of science and technology enterprises,and to improve the ability and level of marketization of scientific and technological achievements.In order to better analyze the eco-environment system of science and technology finance in China,find out its shortcomings and shortcomings,optimize the development environment of science and technology finance,and realize the virtuous cycle of the whole science and technology finance ecosystem and the coordinated development of all subjects in the system,this paper,based on the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad,expounds the theory of financial development,financial divided into four regions according to the relevant provisions of the National Bureau of Statistics.On this basis,regional comparisons are made among eastern,central,western and northeastern regions,and comparative analysis is also made among provinces and municipalities within each region.Through research and analysis,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:Firstly,the overall scientific and technological financial ecological environment of 31 provinces and cities in China has been continuously optimized from 2008 to 2016.This change is not the result of a single factor,but the result of the continuous optimization of the national economic and financial environment,the continuous improvement of input and output of scientific and technological elements,and the improvement of government policies.Secondly,the overall level of the eco-environment of science and technology finance in China shows a ladder-like distribution of"eastern region-central region-northeast region-western region",and the gap between provinces and cities within each region is also very obvious.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to optimize the eco-environment of science and technology finance in China from the perspectives of improving the allocation mechanism of government resources,enhancing the ability of science and technology innovation of
