In this study,the plasma was generated by dielectric barrier discharge method.The effects of plasma treatment,single flocculation treatment and low temperature plasma co-flocculant treatment on the purification of experimental water samples were studied.The following conclusions were obtained:1.Under the initial experimental water sample of low temperature plasma,adjust the discharge parameters to obtain the relationship between discharge time,discharge voltage and COD removal rate.It can be seen from the experimental results that as the discharge voltage increases,the COD removal rate increases first and then decreases,and th e treatment effect is best at 20kV.2.The discharge mode in the reactor is divided into gas-liquid discharge?-20mm,-10mm?,gas-liquid two-phase discharge?0mm?and gas phase discharge?10mm,20mm?with different discharge spacings.The purification effect of the water sample is the worst,and the gas phase discharge treatment is the best.Air is introduced during the plasma discharge process,and the optimum treatment effect is obtained at an aeration rate of 12 L/h.3.Effect of separate flocculation method on purification effect:Three different flocculants,polyaluminium chloride?PAC?,polyacrylamide?PAM?,ferric sulfate trihydrate,Fe2?SO4?3·3H2O,were added to the experimental water sample.It was found that the treatment with the flocculant PAM wa s the best.4.Study the effect of the initial conditions of the experimental water sample on the treatment effect:the higher the concentration of the experimental treatment,the worse the treatment effect.The optimal treatment concentration of the experiment is that the emulsified oily wastewater original solution and the deionized water are diluted 1:200 times by volume.5.To study the effect of three flocculants in combination with low temperature plasma on the treatment effect:the experimental results show that the COD removal rate of the experimental group added with PAM is the highest,and the flocculant PAM flocculation treatment is added after the discharge,at this time,the low temperature plasma and The flocculant synergistic treatment is the best.6.Investigate the effect of adding inorganic salt before the experimental water sample treatment by low temperature plasma co-flocculant:before the discharge,add three inorganic salts of FeSO4,CaCl2 and Al2?SO4?3 to break the emulsion.The experimental results show that 0.8gCaCl2 is added before discharge.After the plasma co-flocculant treatment,the COD removal rate of the corresponding experimental water samples was as high as 96.2%.From the perspective of economy and treatment effect,th e best experimental parameters of this experiment are:discharge voltage 20kV,electrode spacing 20mm,initial pH of wastewater 5,aeration volume 12L/h,discharge time 240min,experimental emulsification of oily wastewater raw liquid and go The ions were diluted 1:200 times in volume,0.8 g of CaCl 2 was added before and after discharge,and 0.4 g of PAM was added after discharge.Under the experimental conditions,the best treatment effect was obtained,and the COD removal rate was as high as 96.2%.Figure[32]Table[11]Reference[97]...
