Coal chemical oily wastewater is produced during the coal conversion process.The composition of this wastewater pollutant is complex and diverse,and it is difficult to biodegrade.This kind of wastewater has a high content of emulsified oil,which is difficult to remove economically and effectively,and it is one of the problems in water treatment.This paper presents a new extraction process for removing emulsified oil from coal chemical wastewater.This process can effectively remove the emulsified oil from coal chemical wastewater.First,the coal tar was fractionated,and the composition of oil and different fractions in wastewater was analyzed.According to the results of the extraction experiments of emulsified oil in wastewater with different fractions as extractants,suitable fractions were determined.Then optimize the experiment through the extraction process to determine the extraction scheme and process conditions.Under certain extraction conditions,the content of emulsified oil in wastewater can be controlled below 250 mg / L,and the removal rate can reach more than 90%.The effect is ideal and can meet the requirements of subsequent devices.In order to study the industrial feasibility of the process,this paper conducts a simulation analysis of the two-column continuous distillation process of coal tar,and improves the coal tar treatment process.The conceptual design is combined with the extraction process proposed in this paper.Process simulation proves that the extractant produced by the improved coal tar treatment process can achieve the same ideal removal effect on emulsified oil in coal chemical wastewater,and the improved coal tar treatment process can also recycle the extractant.Energy consumption is only 12.4kW / ton wastewater,which also greatly saves industrial production costs.In addition,the research in this paper also considers that there is no coal tar treatment process in industrial applications.By constructing a new extraction agent production tower,the extraction agent production and regeneration can also be achieved,and the emulsified oil in wastewater can be effectively removed.Through comparative analysis,compared with other processes,the emulsified oil removal process proposed in this paper not only effectively removes emulsified oil in wastewater,but also reduces industrial operation costs.After the industry runs stably,the cost of wastewater treatment is only 1.6 yuan / ton of oil Wastewater.The simulation of the process and the improved process also proves that the process has practical industrial feasibility and good application prospects.
