The oily wastewater produced in industrial production and daily life has seriously affected the timely reaeration of water and soil,which has caused great harm to the ecological balance and human health.The emulsified oily wastewater treated by surfactant is still one of the key problems to be solved in the global water pollution treatment because of its small oil droplet size,stable system and difficult separation.Compared with the traditional oil-water separation technologies,such as gravity separation,centrifugation,ultrasound and air flotation,which can only separate the immiscible oil-water mixture,membrane separation technology has been widely valued in the field of emulsified oil-water separation by scientific research and even business circles because of its advantages such as friendly environment,simple operation,multiple selectivity and the ability to separate a variety of complex oil-water mixtures.It is considered to be one of the important directions for future development.However,the existing membrane separation technologies,such as microfiltration,ultrafiltration and nanofiltration,are limited by the factors such as small membrane pore size,high driving pressure and so on.In the treatment of emulsified oil-bearing wastewater,there are many problems such as small pore size,low separation flux,high energy consumption,easy to be polluted on the membrane surface after separation,and single function,which greatly restrict the membrane separation technology in the actual oil-water separation.The development of potential in the domain.Therefore,it has become one of the most important issues related to people's life,economic development and environmental safety to strengthen the exploration and research of emulsified oily wastewater separation membrane materials,such as realizing its low pressure driving,improving membrane separation efficiency and flux,anti pollution ability and giving it multifunction.Therefore,in order to solve the problems mentioned above,a micro-patterned composite electrospun membrane was prepared for the separation of emulsified oil-bearing wastewater.The main research contents include the following two parts:?1?Preparation of dopamine modified patterned electrospun membrane with surface-loaded on photocatalyst BiVO4 and its application in emulsified oily wastewaterIn response to the low separation flux,high energy consumption,difficult treatment of the multi-state emulsified oil-water and easy pollution in the process of treatment,we have successfully prepared a micro patterned electrospun membrane loaded with photocatalyst BiVO4 by electrospinning and dopamine surface modification technology.The experiments of oil-water separation and pollutant degradation showed that the electrospun membrane can realize the separation of both water-in-oil and oil-in-water emulsified oily wastewater with excellent oil-water separation efficiency?95%or above?and flux(7000 L·m-2·h-1 or above).Additionally,under the action of visible light,the supported photocatalyst can degrade organic pollutants and realize the self-cleaning of materials.?2?Preparation of porous patterned electrospun membrane with hydrophobic MOFs and its application in emulsified wastewater from dye production plantFor the emulsified oily wastewater from dye production chemical factories such as dye industry,pulp industry,textile industry,which not only contained the emulsified oil with small particle size,stable properties and difficult separation,it also contains a large amount of cationic organic dyes.Most of the current oil-water separation materials can only realize the separation of emulsified oily wastewater,but can not handle the water-soluble pollutants well,a kind of porous micro patterned electrospun membrane with hydrophobic MOFs was successfully prepared by electrospinning and post-synthesis modification technology.The experiments of oil-water separation and dye adsorption showed that the electrospun membrane can realize the efficient separation of emulsified oily wastewater,and the oil-water separation efficiency is as high as 98%and the flux is up to 14000 L·m-2·h-1.In the process of removing dye wastewater,the dye concentration in wastewater can be reduced?20 mg/L to 2.5 mg/L?.In summary,the micropatterned composite electrospun membranes have an excellent oil-water separation performance,by doing so,they have a certain application potential in the field of treating emulsified oily wastewater.
