Spatio-temporal Differention And Coordinated Evolution Characteristic Of Economic Development And Ecological Efficiency In Northeast Region

With the rapid development of economy,the extensive economic development model of"high production,high energy consumption and high pollution"has made environmental problems increasingly prominent.In turn,the emergence of ecological problems has restricted economic development,resulting in stagnation of regional economic development.Only by improving the coordination level of urban economic development and ecological efficiency and promoting their symbiotic and coordinated development can we truly build a green economic system and take the road of sustainable development.In this study,through the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system of urban economic development and ecological efficiency in Northeast China,the level of urban economic development and ecological efficiency is analyzed by using the entropy method and Super-SBM model,and the classification and cause analysis of urban economic development and ecological efficiency are carried out based on the results.Then,the correlation analysis of the two systems is carried out by SPSS;finally,the economic development is combined with economic development.Based on the evaluation results of development and ecological efficiency,a coordination model is introduced to calculate the coordination of urban economic development and ecological efficiency.Four time nodes are selected to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution,and the evaluation results are classified.The conclusions are as follows:?1?The main factors hindering the development of urban economy in Northeast China are waste of resources,high unemployment rate and low government revenue.The main factors restraining the improvement of ecological efficiency are redundancy of industrial SO₂ emission,redundancy of employment per unit at the end of the year and redundancy of construction land area.?2?There is a significant positive spatial correlation between urban economic development and ecological efficiency.The overall urban economic development and ecological efficiency are mutually reinforcing and mutually reinforcing.At the same time of economic development,we should establish the consciousness of protecting the environment and the good state of the environment,promote the development of the backbone industries of the city,especially urban tourism,create more economic benefits,and form a common ground between them.A benign and orderly system of promotion and development.?3?The coordination between urban economic development and ecological efficiency in Northeast China is on the upper middle level,and the economic development and ecological benefits are in a state of common progress.The number of coordinated cities is increasing year by year,and the number of well coordinated cities is increasing.This shows that the two systems promote each other and the trend of common development is more and more obvious.The level of coordination is higher in the South than in the north,and higher in the West and east,and the level of coordination is rising from outside to inside.Generally speaking,there are many samples of ecological lag.At present,the most important thing in Northeast China is to improve ecological efficiency,focus on solving the underground problems of ecological efficiency,protect the ecological environment,reduce pollution emissions and build a green economic development system on the basis of economic development.In view of the development and coordination trend of urban economic development and ecological efficiency in Northeast China,it is considered that the current urban development should establish an environment-friendly and resource-saving green low-carbon development model,accelerate the transformation of industrial structure,promote the development of border trade industry and modern agriculture,rationally plan the talent supply and demand structure,optimize land allocation and spatial distribution,and establish an ecological compensation mechanism.The innovation and reform of the fast management system should clarify the concept of"green mountains are Jinshan and Yinshan"and comprehensively promote the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment.
