| The development of green economy is one of the development goals of high-quality stage of China’s economy.It is also an important embodiment of the theory that "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" guiding economic development.The efficiency of green economy is one of the important measures of the development level of green economy.By measuring the efficiency of green economy in Northeast China and understanding its changing situation,this study provides ecological strategy support for helping the old industrial base in Northeast China to realize green transformation and promote a new round of revitalization of Northeast China.Firstly,the green economic efficiency is defined as the "green" economic efficiency value obtained after the comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental loss value.Secondly,the super efficiency SBM model with unexpected output is used to measure the green economic efficiency value of Northeast China in 2004-2017.Thirdly,the spatial-temporal differences of green economic efficiency in Northeast China are analyzed by combining the traditional mathematical statistics method and ESDA method The ML index is used to calculate its efficiency change characteristics,and the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis is carried out to find out the internal causes of each change.Finally,the natural factors,location factors and socio-economic factors that affect the efficiency of green economy are analyzed.The spatial econometric model is used to explore the socio-economic factors that affect the efficiency of green economy in Northeast China,and its mechanism is analyzed.It is found that the fluctuation of green economic efficiency in Northeast China has increased from 2004 to 2017,but it has not reached the high efficiency level.The absolute and relative differences of green economic efficiency between cities have declined,which shows that the input-output ratio of urban production factors is becoming more and more reasonable.The contribution rate of green economic efficiency difference among provinces to the overall difference is as high as 90%,so we should improve it We should pay attention to reducing the difference of green economic efficiency within the province.The spatial distribution of green economic efficiency in Northeast China shows a non-equilibrium feature,which shows a pattern of "high in the middle and low around".The high value concentration areas of greeneconomic efficiency spread to the surrounding areas with Songyuan,Daqing and Suihua as the core.The eastern region of Heilongjiang Province has formed a low value concentration area of green economic efficiency.According to the results of ML index decomposition,the green economy in Northeast China is found The improvement of economic efficiency is mainly driven by technological progress,and the influence of technological efficiency is weak.The results of spatial econometric model show that the level of economic development,science and technology,and environmental regulation have positive effects on improving the efficiency of green economy,while the industrial structure,foreign investment and financial scale are not conducive to improving the efficiency of green economy in Northeast China.Changing the mode of economic development,vigorously promoting technological progress,reasonably optimizing industrial structure and improving the quality of opening up are important measures to improve the efficiency of green economy in Northeast China.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of the paper,and then summarizes the relevant research of economic efficiency and green economic efficiency,and makes a summary and comment.The second chapter expounds the basic concepts of green economy and green economic efficiency,sorts out the relevant theories of green economic efficiency,and introduces the methods and indicators of measuring green economic efficiency.The third chapter is the evaluation of green economic efficiency in Northeast China.By means of variation coefficient,Theil index and other methods to measure the time sequence difference of green economic efficiency,analyze its time change characteristics,then use ESDA to explore the spatial difference characteristics of green economic efficiency in Northeast China,and finally use ml index to decompose the green economic efficiency dynamically,and explore the internal causes of green economic efficiency change.The fourth chapter explores the influencing factors of green economic efficiency in Northeast China.By comparing the results of OLS classical regression and spatial econometric model,the optimal model is selected and the influencing factors are explained,and the policy suggestions to improve the efficiency of green economy in Northeast China are put forward.The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusion,and summarizes the innovation and shortcomings. |
