The article takes Beijing as a research area and uses the theory of ecosystem services as a guide to explore the people' perceptions of supply and needs about cultivated land indifferent regions in Beijing.Based on the current situation of cultivated land use and different ecosystem service functions in different regions, the paper selects ten ecosystem service functions of cultivated land as indicators in the questionnaires. The author conducted a random questionnaire interview with 251 households in 7 districts of the study area and 250 urban consumers in 6 districts. This paper uses statistical research methods to sort out the perception, supply and demand of the supply side and demand side of ten ecosystem service functions in the study area. This paper uses the ordered multi-class regression model in SPSS to analyze various factors that may affect people's judgment on cognition, supply and demand.Research indicates:(1)Cognitive differences: From a holistic perspective, people in all regions believe that the ecological function of cultivated land is more important than traditional food production functions.Respondents in the main functional area and ecological conservation area of the city have similar preferences for the cultivated land business model. However, the respondents in the urban development area are more concerned about the food production function of the cultivated land than the respondents in the other two areas.(2)Differences between supply and demand: The production function of cultivated land has the biggest difference between supply and demand.Although the function has not obtained the highest score in single supply analysis and single demand analysis, however, the difference is most obvious when combined with supply and demand. The entertainment function is the least difference between supply and demand. As described in this article, the recreational and recreational functions provided by the cultivated land around Beijing are difficult to meet the needs of urban people and the recreational functions of cultivated land and it can be easily replaced by other leisure and entertainment methods.(3)Differences in influencing factors: The cognition of cultivated land ecological service function is mainly influenced by region, education level and occupation;the supply of food production is influenced by age, occupation, annual family income, cognition and it's demand is influenced by region, age, occupation and cognition;the supply of landscape function is influenced by region and occupation and it's demand is influenced by age, education level and occupation;the supply of leisure and entertainment function is influenced by region, gender and cognition, and it's demand is influenced by region, gender, age, education level, occupation, family annual income, and cognition.
