Research On The Application Of A Coal Mine Environmental Cost Control

In recent years,China's economic development has achieved remarkable results.However,the extensive economic development model in the past has also brought about the consequences of environmental degradation,which has seriously affected people's quality of life.People are increasingly aware of the importance of maintaining a good ecological environment.The concept of building an ecological and civilized society is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Anti-pollution and pollution control has gradually become the consensus of the whole people.In this context,the development mode of enterprises at the expense of the environment for profit growth needs to be changed.It is necessary to actively explore new ways of high-quality development oriented to ecological priority and green development,and improve environmental benefits in the process of pursuing economic growth.The attention and contribution of social benefits can guarantee the long-term development of the company.As a highly polluting enterprise,while coal enterprises are driving economic growth in their regions,they have also caused serious environmental pollution,such as destruction of groundwater resources,land subsidence,etc.,and there is a tendency to gradually spread to surrounding areas.In recent years,the environmental department has continuously introduced various environmental protection regulations,and has unswervingly strengthened the construction of ecological civilization.The intensity of pollution prevention and environmental management has been continuously increased.Coal enterprises are also gradually carrying out environmental rectification and reform,increasing investment in environmental protection,and the proportion of environmental costs in the company's operating income is increasing.This has exacerbated the operational risks of coal companies in the situation of overcapacity in the coal industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the environmental cost of the enterprise and to effectively control it,which is of great significance to the coal enterprises to maintain market competitiveness.This paper takes a coal company as an example,starting from the general situation and environmental costs of coal companies,using fuzzy analysis hierarchy process to evaluate the performance of environmental cost management of coal companies,the current environment based on post-processing suggest cost management.This model has not achieved good environmental performance.Then analyze the current situation of environmental cost control of A coal enterprises in the pre-post and post-stage,find out the shortcomings,propose countermeasures and suggestions for the shortcomings,improve the current environmental cost control system,and propose the environmental cost of the enterprise.Control safeguards for effective implementation.This study has certain reference significance for the effective environmental cost control of A coal enterprises and similar enterprises.The innovation of this paper is based on the environmental cost control of A coal enterprise as the research carrier.The analysis points out the shortcomings of the current environmental cost control system of the enterprise,and proposes to control the environmental cost of the enterprise in the three stages before,during and after the event.It has certain innovation in the case study of environmental cost control;the second is to use fuzzy AHP to quantitatively evaluate the environmental cost control performance of a specific coal enterprise,which is innovative.
