Remote sensing monitoring of mine recovery and management status in the country is a basic national situation investigation with Chinese characteristics.With the promulgation of China's "Overall Plan for the Reform of Ecological Civilization System",It is an inevitable requirement for the state to carry out mine management work that we adhere to the basic national policy of resource conservation and environmental protection,and establish a comprehensive monitoring and all-weather monitoring system that reflects resource consumption,environmental damage,environmental restoration,and ecological environmental protection.Relevant departments combined with remote sensing technology,GIS technology and field survey methods to continuously monitor the progress of mine geological environment recovery and comprehensive treatment in the country.The dynamic change test result data generated by the mine recovery and governance monitoring project is an important source of national statistical data,and provides important reference data for the national green development index assessment.The dynamic change detection of recovery and management results data is an important part of remote sensing monitoring of mineral resources.The outcome of the dynamic change detection of recovery and management results data reflect the changes in the recovery and management of the mine geological environment during the new and old tense.In order to ensure the quality of the results data,and facilitate the relevant mining administrations to use the data to formulate targeted policies,relevant departments have compiled the “Warehousing Technical Requirements for Data Recovery of Mining Recovery and Mining Damage Dynamics Results” and established a warehousing standard of the dynamic change detection of results data.The standard,which specifies complex data structures,numerous organizational entries,and strict data requirements for the results data.However,it is still generally relied on manual operation to detect dynamic change.This method leads to a large workload,low work efficiency,non-standard operating procedures and methods,and the quality of test results of different project teams is uneven and difficult to be guaranteed.In addition,because of the relevant departments will modify the warehousing technical requirements according to the actual needs of each year,it will bring problems to the dynamic change detection.At present,the problems faced by the dynamic change detection of recovery and management results data are how to ensure the standardization of the detection process,guarantee the quality of the detect result data,and management of multiple versions of the results data specification.In view of the above problems,this paper carried out the following researches.Firstly,it analyzes the dynamic change detection specification of recovery and management results data,and clarifies the overall specification of the result data,and the spatial geometry and attribute specification of vector data.Secondly,it analyzes the process of data entry and dynamic change detection,and extract standardized detection steps.Then,according to the requirements of the inspection work,spatial geometric changes,attribute field change processing methods and dynamic change detection models are designed.Finally,the model is integrated as a plug-in into the recovery and management results data dynamic change detection system,and the test results are displayed and comprehensively analyzed to illustrate the purpose and significance of the research.
