The national mine remote sensing monitoring is a basic national situation investigation with Chinese characteristics.In the process of mine remote sensing monitoring,it adopts advanced remote sensing survey technology,actively carrys out mining the ecological restoration and green development of the mine environment,maintains normal mining order management work,and obtains a large number of objective national basic data for the mineral administration departments at all levels.A relatively mature mine remote sensing monitoring system was formed.The mine remote monitoring system could provide powerful data support and decision-making basis for improving the information management level of mineral resources planning,strengthening the efficient utilization and sustainable development of mineral resources and implementing the mine environmental supervision and management.In recent years,relevant national remote sensing monitoring departments have been strengthening and promoting the standardization work of mine remote sensing monitoring,and have initially formed a set of green mine standard systems that coordinates with national standards,industry standards,and local standards,providing a strong technical guarantee for comprehensive promotion of green mine construction.Mine remote sensing monitoring results data compilation technical standards cover complex and diverse types of mines,and have strict data structure restrictions and complex internal constraints,which leads to many difficulties in the softwareization of results data compilation standards.With the increasing diversification of geographic information requirements,the scale of related software projects continues to expand,and business processes are complex and changeable,and users increasingly want to customize software that fits their business logic.Without the engineering software design method,it is difficult to ensure the performance of the software related to the data technology standards of mine remote sensing monitoring results.At the same time,there is no uniform standardization of the software development methods in the same field,which leads to software quality difficult to guarantee.In order to solve the above problems,this paper analyzes the data characteristics of mine remote sensing monitoring results and analyzes the technical standards from three aspects of data content organization structure,file naming rules,and attribute field definitions,designs the metadata structure,uses the XSD metadata description model to complete the definition of metadata,and proposes a metadata management model driven by the metadata mapping model and compatible with multiple versions.And based on this,this article standardizes the mine remote sensing monitoring workflow and the results data compilation workflow,combines the characteristics of uncertainty,frequent changes,and urgency of demand in the early stage.The article adopts the "platform + plug-in" style,designs a plug-in architecture and builds an ArcGIS Engine plug-in framework.And the article uses the evolutionary prototype method to build a software development model based on the architecture,thus forming a set of mature software standardization methods for mining remote sensing monitoring data compilation standards.The application of this technical standard software method to the data compilation system of mine remote sensing monitoring results also fully verified the feasibility of this working mode in similar software in the same field.
