Due to the restrictions of factors such as the national conditions, state policies,techniques and equipment, the mine geological environment problems were madeespecially serious in our country by extensive mineral resources development during along period, reasonable mining plans for the status quo and long-acting monitoring of themining area can effectively alleviate the negative effects of mining activities. Thedistribution of the mining area environment of our country has the characteristics of largearea, various types and complex terrain, it faces enormous challenges to reach a fast,low-cost, periodic environment monitoring. Traditional mine environmental regulationwith field investigation and reporting work step by step, is not only time-consuming,expensive, but difficult to make a timely response to the problem, therefore it is necessaryto seek a new method which meets the requirements of current mine environmentalmonitoring. As a new monitoring means, remote sensing technology is fast, easilyaccessible, highly periodic and low-cost. It has many successful applications in variousfields. Based on the investigation of cases in change monitoring using remote sensingtechnology at home and abroad, we find that there is a lack of maturity implementationmethod in current mine environmental remote sensing. Combining with the actual mineenvironmental change monitoring procedures, this paper establishes mine environmentalmonitoring technology system based on remote sensing methods. Change detectionmethods are put forward between multidate remote sensing images, between multidatevector dates, between multidate remote sensing images and vector dates. This paper sumsup the image processing technologies, the change detection methods and the analysis oftest results processing involved in this system. At the same time, it also puts forward themethod of screening the result of remote sensing image change detection using the spatialanalysis function of GIS data, and establishes workspace space-time evolution analysisbased on multidate monitoring data. On this basis, this paper select the Beijing Miyuncounty as the research area, using RESEE mine environment change detection monitoringsystem, implement mining area environment change detection and research in three routesbetween multidate remote sensing images, multidate work products, remote sensing images and work products, which has obtained good experimental effects, and verifies thefeasibility of the proposed method, evaluates the results precision, and providesdecision-making basis for the mine environmental of Miyun county.
