In 2013,serious haze weather broke out in China, the haze pollution led by PM2.5is a serious threat to human health, social and economic development and environmental issues. In recent years, haze pollution occurs frequently,it not only affects People's Daily life and health problems, but also increases its economic cost year by year, prevention and control of haze pollution has become a hot issue,it is of great practical significance to study the spatial spillover effect and influencing factors of haze pollution in China. This research is based on the theory of sustainable development and the theory of environmental Kuznets curve and so on.Using data from 2001 to 2016 in 30provinces in China?excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Tibet?.Firstly, under the binary adjacent weight matrix, the common boundary length weight matrix, and the geographic distance attenuation weight matrix selected in this paper, the spatial correlation of PM2.5.5 concentration of smog pollution in 30 provinces of China was investigated.Secondly, using the dynamic space panel model to empirically analyze the influencing factors of haze pollution at the national level. Finally,at the eastern, central and western regional level, the relevant factors affecting the haze pollution in various regions were analyzed to explore the regional differences in the effects of different influencing factors on haze pollution. The research results show that:?1?Under the three weight matrices set, whether it is Moran's I or Geary's C index, the spatial correlation results show that the haze pollution in the 30 provinces of China from 2001 to 2016 presents a significant spatial positive correlation, the high concentration of haze pollution is mainly concentrated in North China,Central China and the Yangtze River Delta region of China.?2?Compared with the static spatial panel model, the dynamic spatial panel model can more accurately fit the influence process of related influencing factors on haze pollution. From a national perspective, haze pollution in China has significant spatial spillover effect and time lag effect, under the three weight matrix, the relationship between economic growth and haze pollution conforms to EKC theory and presents a significant inverted u-shaped relationship.population density,R&D investment intensity, industrial structure, energy structure, level of opening-up and environmental protection intensity have a positive impact on haze pollution in China, while energy efficiency has a negative impact on haze pollution in China.?3?From the perspective of the three regions of East,Central and West, haze pollution still has significant spatial spillover effect and time lag effect, the inverted U-shaped relationship between economic growth and haze pollution is established in the eastern and western regions, and is not established in the central region. There are regional differences in the influence of some influencing factors on haze pollution, the energy efficiency of the western region has a positive effect on haze pollution, the research and development intensity of the eastern region is conducive to reducing haze pollution, the improvement of the level of opening to the outside world has not caused the pollution paradise phenomenon in the central region, the effect of environmental protection investment in the central and western regions on improving haze pollution is not significant. To reduce the level of haze pollution in China and achieve coordinated and sustainable development between economic development and environmental protection, joint prevention and control of haze pollution control between regions should be strengthened,we will increase investment in green technologies, reduce the proportion of industrial added value and optimize the industrial structure, reduce the proportion of coal consumption and achieve diversified development of energy consumption structure, adjust the threshold of entry for foreign investment in a timely manner and rationally optimize the structure of foreign investment, increase the investment in haze pollution control and improve the efficiency of haze pollution control.
