Research On Safety Evaluation Of Urban Rail Transit Operation Based On Risk Matrix Method

With the development of Chinese economy and the acceleration of urban construction,the enlargement of urban framework and the increase of urban population have brought difficulties to urban traffic operation.And how to improve the level of urban traffic construction and ensure the safety of urban citizens to become the key.At present,urban rail transit is the most popular mode of transportation.In the operation of rail transit,it is necessary to strengthen the innovation and change of rail transit operation safety evaluation,constantly improve the evaluation system of rail transit operation safety,and ensure the operation safety of rail transit.First of all,through the analysis of the factors affecting the safety of urban rail transit operation,this paper determines that the accident or risk of urban rail transit operation comes from the personnel,facilities and equipment,environment and management of the traffic operation system.This paper conducts a qualitative analysis on the four factors of "human,machine,environment and management" in the urban rail transit system,and then,on the basis of qualitative analysis,quantifies the probability of each influencing factor and the possible results.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation on the operation safety risk of urban rail transit is realized by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.Secondly,the urban rail transit operation safety evaluation system should be established.The operation safety is analyzed from the four aspects of "human,machine,environment and management",the risks are quantified and classified,and the risk points beyond the acceptable range are analyzed and the evaluation system is constituted.Finally,single index risk assessment and system risk assessment are used for risk assessment.The risk matrix method is mainly used in the single index risk assessment,and Dalian city is taken as the evaluation object for evaluation and analysis.
