| This paper mainly introduces and optimizes the feasible fermentation disinfection process of succinic acid bio-fermentation method,and studies the application of membrane technology,which plays an important role in the production process and saves energy and reduces consumption,in order to meet the implementation measures and feasible schemes of large-scale industrial production.Specific research contents include the following two points:1.The disinfection process of succinic acid bio-fermentation was studied in detail.The original process of succinic acid bio-fermentation disinfection was described.On this basis,the original process was re-optimized and improved.The continuous disinfection and sterilization process was adopted.The optimum process conditions were as follows: sterilization temperature was 121-135℃,steam pressure was 0.4-0.8 Mpa,and maintenance time was 5-12 minutes.The daily output of succinic acid increased from 52500 tons to 57104.25 tons,an increase of 8.77%.The monthly output value of succinic acid increased by 2071912.5 yuan at the price of 15000 yuan/ton.At the same time,the feeding pipeline of the original continuous elimination maintenance tank was reformed.The color of fermentation liquid was obviously improved,the conversion rate of sugar and acid was increased,and the comprehensive yield of the product was increased from 50% to 70%,which brought direct economic benefits to the company.2.After succinic acid fermentation,the water added to the fermentation broth after membrane filtration equipment and continuous ion exchange equipment is extracted and recycled to reduce the consumption of water in the production process.In this process,the application of ultrafiltration membrane equipment and reverse osmosis membrane equipment in the separation and extraction of succinic acid was studied.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)The optimum technological conditions for extracting succinic acid by ultrafiltration membrane equipment are as follows: temperature 40℃,pressure 0.3 Mpa,and yield of succinic acid is over 90%.(2)Reverse osmosis membrane equipment adopts two-stage concentration.The optimum technological conditions are as follows: the inlet pressure of the first-stage concentration membrane group is 2.5 Mpa,the inlet pressure of the second-stage concentration membrane group is 2.0 Mpa,and the feed temperature is controlled at 30-35℃.The system can increase the concentration of succinic acid from 25 g/L to more than 50 g/L,and the overall yield of succinic acid is 90%. |
