It is well known that in addition to inorganic pollutants in environmental waters, the content of organic pollutants is even greater.Organic pollutants are not only toxic but also have an impact on the ecosystem in the form of reducing dissolved oxygen in the water, which greatly jeopardizes human health. Therefore, through research, two kinds of important polar organic pollutants in the environment, namely phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides?PCAs?and phenol compounds, were detected by two kinds of pretreatment methods:dispersive solid phase extraction?d-SPE?and magnetic solid phase extraction?MSPE?.At the same time, the experimental factors affecting the solid phase extraction process were optimized in detail. In addition, the possible extraction mechanism of conjugated microporous polymers?CMPs?and covalent organic framework materials?COFs?for phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides and phenol compounds was also discussed.PCAs are widely used in crop fields, woods, turf, etc.due to their low price and good use. Therefore,in the environmental water body and in the soil, there are a large amount of residual components of the phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicide.Currently,researchersareworkingonphenoxycarboxylicacidherbicideresidues.High-performance enriching polar PCAs from water samples remains a great challenge because PCAs form salts are easily to dissolve in the water.Polyphenylene-based conjugated microporous polymers?PP-CMPs?are a kind of fascinating type of polymer which have large surface area, which are essential for capturing trace PCAs in complex samples. This work developed a novel approach to quantify trace PCAs using PP-CMPs as an efficient dispersive solid-phase extraction?d-SPE?adsorbent.The developed method based on PP-CMPs achieved high sensitivity with low limits of detection of0.55–3.84 ng L-1,satisfactory correlation coefficients??0.9912?,good linearity?50–10,000 ng L-1?,and good precisions?2.0–9.0%?.Moreover,this method was used for simultaneous monitoring of the amounts of five PCAs in environmental water samples with satisfactory spiked recoveries?86.9–101.3%?.All these fact demonstrated that this new d-SPE technique based on PP-CMPs exhibited a promising potential for highly sensitive analysis of trace PCAs in complex samples.Phenols are a class of aromatic compounds of the general formula ArOH.Among them, phenol is the most basic phenol in phenolic compounds.Among the pollution in the water in the daily environment, the pollution caused by phenolic compounds is a large proportion and has great harm.It is an important source of water pollution in the environment. However,in general, the concentration of phenolic compounds in the water environment is low,and it is difficult to detect them directly. Therefore, the development of the detection of phenolic compounds in actual environmental water samples has been a research hotspot for researchers in the area environmental pollution. This paper demonstrates the enrichment potential of covalent triazine-based frameworks/iron oxide for the magnetic solid-phase extraction?MSPE?of seven polar typical phenolic pollutants for the first time.Important parameters, such as the eluant and its volume, adsorbent amounts, sample pH,extraction time, and ionic strength, were optimized in detail.Under the optimal conditions, low limits of detection(0.09-0.53 ng mL-1),wide linear range(25-2000 ng mL-1),good repeatability?1.2-8.3%?and good reproducibility?1.5-9.9%?were achieved. The developed method was successfully applied to analysis the target phenols at trace levels in environmental water samples.Because these two types of polar organic compounds are easily dissolved in water,it is difficult to efficiently separate and enrich from environmental waters. Two kinds of new organic porous materials developed in this paper combined with solid phase extraction technology were used to detect two kinds of polar organic compounds, respectively. And the new-built methods have obtained good linear range, detection limits and reproducibility, and they are used for water samples analysis in environment successfully. Therefore, this study has important application values.
