With the increasing demand of medical film coating,mechanical preparation of medical film coating has become the main way to produce pharmaceutical film agent.The mechanical function of the existing film preparation is simple,which can not accurately adjust the film thickness accuracy and film forming efficiency.About in this paper,we study a kind of double roll motion of the medical film coating machine,through the PLC control system accurately adjust the thickness of the medical plasma with the speed of the roll motion to obtain the ideal release.it film thickness,greatly improved the release.it production quality and efficiency,and can satisfy the release.it thickness accuracy requirement,and has a very high value of engineering application,the concrete research content is as follows:Firstly,the overall structural design of the medical film coating machine was carried out.By analyzing the film forming principle of the current coating machine,four film forming schemes were designed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme were analyzed to determine the innovative two-roll film forming scheme.By analyzing the quantitative blanking principle of viscous liquid,two quantitative blanking schemes were designed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes were analyzed to determine the innovative threaded rod quantitative feeding scheme.The design parameters were determined for the main parts and theoretical calculations were carried out.The new medical film coating machine was modeled by Creo and the overall structure was obtained.Aiming at the influencing factors and laws of film thickness,the flow field between the medical film-forming roller and the glass plate is simplified and analyzed.The theoretical model of the gap flow field is established.The mathematical equation is established by Newton’s NS equation.Determine the theoretical factors affecting the medical film thickness of the film.Through the establishment of the fluid simulation model,the influence of the forming process parameters such as the roller moving speed and the roll gap on the film thickness was obtained.The correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified and the parameter setting of the optimal control medical film thickness was determined.The control system design of the medical film coating machine was carried out,and the control system design of the medical film coating machine based on PLC was carried out.Through the combination of the simulation law and the control system,the film thickness control of the medical film coating machine was realized,and The control system is easy to operate and reliable in control,such as speed and position control,filming process parameter display and online parameter modification.The physical prototype experiment is to verify the medical film thickness test of the medical film coating machine.By setting different parameters,the film with different thickness and surface quality is obtained.By measuring,analyzing and summing up the film thickness and surface quality,and verifying the experiment and simulation the result is consistent.
