Film is the main substrate of flexible packaging industry.With the increasing market demand,higher requirements are put forward for the cutting and winding quality of film packaging materials.As supporting equipment for secondary processing of film,the film cutting machine plays a very important role in improving the forming quality of products.But at present the domestic cutting machine processing and manufacturing level is low,the traditional film cutting machine generally has a series of problems such as low production efficiency,poor degree of automation,single function and so on.This subject mainly from improving the production efficiency of equipment,degree of automation,functional diversity,stability of tension control,development and design of a whole set of thin film cutting machine production line.The research mainly includes the following aspects:(1)According to the functions and characteristics of the film cutting machine,a reasonable production solution is proposed,and the structure layout of the whole machine is drawn.Aiming at the defect and deficiency of traditional cutting machine,3d modeling software is used to design and optimize the mechanical structure of its key parts.Through the process arrangement,spatial layout planning,structural optimization design,the final function of a variety of automatic processing equipment.(2)Based on Siemens series products,a whole set of film cutting machine control system is designed.The control system is divided into three levels:control layer,drive layer and execution layer.According to the level of power supply voltage,the design of the electrical schematic diagram and completed the construction of the electric control cabinet.TIA Portal software is used to design the control program and the upper monitor program respectively to realize the requirement of automatic production.(3)According to the characteristics of the film cutting machine studied in this paper,the taper tension control idea is introduced,the solution of the taper tension control system is proposed,and the taper tension control curve with the winding diameter increasing and winding tension decreasing is designed.In the feedback link of the control system,the PID control algorithm is designed and its advantages are analyzed by MATLAB system simulation.(4)Based on the analysis and comparison of various real-time winding diameter detection methods,the integral algorithm of real-time winding diameter was designed and completed with the ratio algorithm as the reference basis,and the practical application of the integral algorithm in the film cutting machine was analyzed in detail.Through the above research work,finally completed the film cutting machine equipment development and application,through the production test to verify the practicality and superiority of the equipment,in order to meet the production needs.but also improve the film cutting,rolling molding quality.
