Study On Index System Construction And Planning Layout Of Straw Industry Demonstration Park In Anhui Province

In order to speed up the comprehensive utilization of straw,the state and Anhui provincial governments have put forward relevant provisions prohibiting the burning of straw,and promulgated and implemented relevant provisions on the comprehensive utilization of straw several times.In order to vigorously develop the modern environmental protection industry based on the utilization of crop straw resources,the Anhui Provincial People's Government promulgated "Opinions on the implementation of the modern environmental protection industry based on the utilization of crop straw resources",and clearly established 10 modern environmental protection industry demonstration parks based on the utilization of straw resources by 2020 with high standards.At present,there are many problems in the development of straw industrialization in Anhui Province,such as the low output rate of straw resources,the imperfect system of collection,storage,transportation and marketing,and the difficulty in establishing the transfer mode of "farmland-transfer station-factory",which greatly restrict the development of straw industrialization and the construction and development of straw industrial park.At the same time,there is still a lack of an effective evaluation index system for the construction of straw industrial parks,as well as the reasonable layout of about 10 straw industrial parks in Anhui province according to the distribution and utilization of straw resources.(1)Based on the existing problems and current situation of straw industrialization in Anhui Province,and referring to the National Eco-industrial Demonstration Park Standard,this study selected four secondary indicators and 16 third-level indicators,such as economic development,industrial symbiosis,resource conservation and environmental protection,to complete the construction of evaluation indicators for straw Industrial Park in Anhui Province.(2)According to the different influence degree of each index on the straw industrial park,the weight distribution of the evaluation index of the straw Industrial Park is completed by using the analytic hierarchy process,which is convenient to provide the basis for the evaluation of the construction of the straw Industrial Park in Anhui Province in the later period.(3)In this study,six main crop straws,including rice,wheat,maize,rape,beans and cotton,were selected as the analysis objects to study the distribution of straw in Anhui Province,and to construct the basic database of GIS based on the two factors of transportation and optimal radius Collectible quantity,which have great influence on the layout of straw industrial park.Finally,the layout of straw industrial parks is determined in 10 prefecture-level development zones of Hefei,Bengbu,Huainan,Suzhou,Huaibei,Anqing,Chuzhou,Fuyang,Luan and Bozhou in Anhui province.This enables the straw Industrial Park to make the most efficient use of straw,accelerate the development of straw industrialization,and promote the comprehensive utilization of high value-added straw.
