Since established,Suzhou Industrial Park(SIP)has been sticking to the construction idea of internationalization,high standard,and ecological.It was able to achieve the harmonious development of the environment,ecology and society while achieving the rapid economic growth.SIP Environment Protection Inspection Bureau have also made many achievements.It has built a comprehensive network and hardware infrastructure,with comprehensive environmental monitoring system,environmental risk emergency resnponse decision system,simultaneously pollution monitoring system working well.SIPEPI have a strong information technology support,the overall level of the automation have been top in nation.Pollution source monitoring system is one of the main important means for environmental protection department to enhance management,thoroughly knowing pollutant emission status,and realizing pollutant total amount control and emission reduction.SIP as the model of Jiang Su,have been constructing the pollution monitoring system since 2007,and put into use in 2011.So far,more than 130 industrial companies in SIP have installed online monitoring system of their pollution sources,covers various industries.The system could monitoring parameters includes conventional indicators,heavy metal,flue gas,dining lampblack and volatile organic pollutants.The system realized the monitoring of pollution sources,and be able to timely and accurate reveal of the status of each companies' pollutants emissions.This article studied about the SIPEPI's local characteristic and how to establish a pollution emission monitoring system which fit the need of SIPEPI and the local requirement.it also studied about how the monitoring system could be applied into daily environment enforcement,to take in control of air pollution emission status and exceedance.Eventually the system shall become an open,sharing,and collaborative digital environment system which contributes to SIP total pollutants amount control and environmental improvement.To serve the aim of providing early warning service of environment,economy service and comprehensive environmental management services,all of which could help to realize optimum and green development.
