Supervisory monitoring of pollution sources is a pollution source monitoring, andcomplete control of the number of various types of pollution sources, industry andgeographical distribution of the main pollutants, emissions and processing, theestablishment of key pollution sources archives, and pollution source informationdatabase, and environmental statistics platform the important part. Supervision andmonitoring of pollution sources is important for building science-based environmentalmonitoring system.In the field of environmental engineering, the research on supervisory monitoringof the pollution source is already mature, but there are still some imperfections in thelegal system. The main body,procedures, information release, management system ofpollution sources supervision and monitoring is an important part of the sources ofpollution supervision and monitoring of the legal system, and also is the main content tobe explored in the article. With the public demand for environmental rights and legalcontinuous improvement, the legal framework of the supervisory monitoring of thepollution source is followed by the further improvement, but in practice, there are stillthe main confusion, chaos program, information timely opaque, managementinstitutional weaknesses and other issues. This article attempts to the existing legalregime based on the basic theory of the sources of pollution supervision and monitoring,to build a clear basic framework and the main body, procedures, informationdissemination management system and monitoring for the system conduct legalresearch, and among the problems discussed in order to arrive at appropriate solutions...
