Corn deep processing industry plays an important role in Chinese economic development,Its main products nevertheless be widely used in such as food,pharmaceutical and chemical industries,Its main products nevertheless be widely used in such as food,pharmaceutical and chemical industries.At the same time,the corn deep processing industry is also a large water user,which produces a large amount of organic wastewater.The author team took the waste water of a corn deep processing enterprise in Anhui province as the research object,in order to centralized treat all types of production waste water in the base,to seek an eff-icient and economical treatment process.This article mainly through laboratory test to determine the processing technology and the best operation parameters.And to the follow-up provide reference for the design of the project is running.The main research contents and conclusions are as follow:In the laboratory,the UASB was used to treat corn procession industrial wastewater under the reactor temperature 35~39℃.In the stabilization period,the intent pH was 5~6.2,the HRT was 18h,the volume load was 9~10kgCOD/(m3·d),the outlet was stable under 1200mg/L,the COD removal rate was over 81.1%.The laboratory test showed the anaerobic biotechnology has good removal efficiency of the raw water.In the Laboratory,the Air-lift loop reactor was used to treat the UASB effluent.DO was controlled 2 to 4 mg/L in aeration stage,HRT 2 d.In the condition when influent COD concentration 900-1200 mg/L,NH3-N concentration 290~330 mg/L,The COD removal rate was over 80%,the effluent COD concentration was 100~200 mg/L,NH3-N removal rate was over 95%and the effluent NH3-N concentration was less than 20 mg/L.In the Laboratory,three kinds of coagulant agents,polyaluminium chloride(PAC),polyferric sulfate(PFS)and polymeric chloride aluminum sulfate(PAFC),were used to made coagulation tests to the Air-lift loop reactor effluent.Through the coagulation experiments,the results showed that PFS is the most powerful coagulant at the same dosage.The impact of pH on the phosphorous removal efficiency of PFS tests were studied,the test shows that of optimum phosphorus removal pH of PFS is 6,and the phosphorus removal rates was 92.2%.When the pH is between 5.5 and 8.5,the removal rate of phosphorus by PFS is above 80%.The effect of stirring time on the phosphorous removal efficiency When the stirring time is over 6 min,the removal rate of phosphorus by PFS is above 85%.And the stirring time has little influence on rate of phosphorus after the mixing lasted for more than 6 min.The double layer upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(DUASB)and Air-lift loop reactor(HTO)and chemical phosphorus removal process was used to centrally threat the corn procession industrial wastewater,the effluent COD/NH3-N/TN/TP were blow 200mg/L,20mg/L,50mg/L,4mg/L respectively,which met the Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers(GB/T 31962-2015)The process has many advantages in stable operation,small footprint,energy saving and less maintenance cost.The direct operating costs of 1.91 yuan per ton of water.
