| Expansion bolt is used more and more in petroleum,chemical industry,electric power,machinery and so on.The assembly of expansion bolt is paid more and more attention,and the research and development of assembly machine is gradually enriched by using modern design theory to guide the research and development of assembly machine.In this paper,based on the content of TRIZ theory,the chain expansion bolt assembly machine is analyzed and studied.It is found that the traditional screw clamping device has some defects such as insufficient clamping force,easy wear of screw and so on.Expansion pipe is not easy to identify the defects of gap and transportation instability.This paper takes these two aspects as the research object and applies the TRIZ theory to carry on the innovative design.The problem of screw clamping device is analyzed and solved by means of conflict matrix solving tool in TRIZ theory.The problem is transformed into the problem model of TRIZ theory,and the original understanding of solving the problem is found according to the intersection of conflict matrix.Then a new screw clamping device is designed.The "black box model" is used to decompose the function of the expanding tube identification device,and the function element is obtained.The functions of the executive mechanism,the detection device and the control system are realized respectively,and the final structure design is obtained.At the same time,the feasibility of two new devices are analyzed.The problem of screw clamping device is solved by means of conflict matrix solving tool in TRIZ theory.The problem is transformed into contradiction and conflict in TRIZ theory,and the problem is solved by innovative principle.The "black box model" is used to decompose the function of the expanding tube identification device,and the function element is obtained.The functions of the executive mechanism,the detection device and the control system are realized respectively,and the final structure design is obtained.Finally,the feasibility of the two new devices is analyzed.Using the creative evaluation method of TRIZ theory,the creative evaluation of the designed scheme is carried out,and the satisfactory degree of the two schemes is obtained.At the same time,the maturity of the expansion bolt assembly machine is predicted by the S-curve of the evolution rule of TRIZ theory.The results show that thetechnology of the expansion bolt assembly machine is in the growing stage. |
