Our country is one of the production and use of vinegar,which has significant economic benefits.At present,the centralization and industrialization of vinegar industry are low,and it is difficult to get out of the trouble of high labor cost and low production efficiency.Therefore,how to improve the productivity of vinegar and reduce labor costs has important practical significance.Based on the technology method of TRIZ innovation theory,this paper tries to realize the innovative design of vinegar fermentation equipment and turn grains fermentation pool through scientific research and reasonable and effective data analysis.Firstly,the fermentation origin and vinegar production as the starting point,the development status of vinegar fermentation container and method of turning grains are introduced.And after the market improving demand for fermentation tank and grains turn machine is point out,research status of innovative methods in application has been illustrated.This paper introduces the working principle of grains turn machine in the vinegar production process,structure of fermentation tank and material fermentation process.As a result,vinegar production problem in fermentation tank has been found,which is the contradiction between stirring blades of grains turn machine and bottom ceramic tile in fermentation tank.Secondly,based on the actual contradiction,the above problem can been analyzed using innovative method of TRIZ theory and the invention problem solving algorithm IMS.Component relations orthogonal table and causal analysis diagram are obtained,and immediately a model to solve the problem has been designed.Finally,using correlation method of TRIZ theory,five innovative design solutions for grains turn machine are obtained based on established problem model.The solutions are as follows:Mixing blade design of controllable length in grains turn machine using technical contradiction;Replacing design of terminal high pressure in grains turn machine with the minimum and maximum problems;Modification design of end shape in stirring blade by the use of double object field model;High pressure jet design on fermentation tank bottom using the double object field model;Grain brick design on fermentation tank bottom by TFR method.At the same time,combined with the actual situation,the comprehensive evaluations of the program are carried out,and the evaluation results show that all the solutions can solve the problem.However,the project implementation can be affected by the fermentation environment,maintenance and management costs,the original institutions and other factors.Eventually come to the conclusion:the grain brick method not only meets the production cost and performance requirements,but also is beneficial to prolong the life span of the fermentation tank and grains turn machine.The fifth program has extremely high implementation.
