Along with the development of the industrialized economy, energy consumption such as coal and oil has increased, and a large amount of harmful gases have been discharged into the air, making air pollution increasingly serious. At present,China's air pollution is concentrated in the air pollution of urban agglomerations, especially the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.Due to different geographical location and economic level, the air pollution status, the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of pollutants, and the influencing factors will be different.Comparing the air pollution similarities and differences between the two urban agglomerations,it can provide suggestions for regional atmospheric governance. This paper uses descriptive statistical methods to analyze the basic conditions of atmospheric pollutants in two urban agglomerations, and concludes that the air pollution level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is higher than that in the Yangtze River Delta.Further study of the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of air pollution,we can find that both urban agglomerations show the most serious winter pollution, the lightest time variation in summer, and the existence of spatial agglomeration. The research results provide a basis for the construction of the influencing factors model.Using the spatial measurement model to study the similarities and differences of the factors affecting air pollution in the two regions. In terms of the degree of influence:the contribution of the tertiary industry to the PM2.5 concentration values in both regions is the highest. The relative humidity has a large difference in the contribution of PM2.5 concentration values in the two regions. In terms of direction of influence:the secondary industry ratio, the tertiary industry ratio, the regional GDP,the temperature, the relative humidity, and the wind speed have the same direction of influence, the proportion of the secondary industry, the regional GDP,and the temperature increase. It will increase the degree of air pollution in the two regions, and the remaining three variables have the opposite effect.Variables with different impact directions include population density, urban green coverage, and precipitation.According to the research of the article, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should focus on the development of energy conservation, increase the proportion of the tertiary industry, and realize the transformation of the“three-two-one”industrial structure;Rationally plan ecological construction and increase the degree of inhibition of relative humidity on air pollution. The Yangtze River Delta region pays attention to the development of rural economy, improves the construction of surrounding county-level cities, and relieves the pressure of urban population;according to meteorological dynamics, timely use sprinklers to reduce dust and decontamination, and artificial precipitation if necessary. Both regions should reasonably plan regional road construction, establish a regionally accessible and convenient transportation network;rationally plan the urban layout, use the wind direction and wind speed to reduce the air pollution level;increase the vegetation coverage, pay attention to the per capita green area construction, and increase the urban air humidity. To the extent that it reduces the regional air pollution to a certain extent.
