Aiming at the problem of paraffin formation in horizontal Wells of low permeability reservoirs in zone H,this paper systematically studied the mechanism of paraffin formation in horizontal Wells of low permeability reservoirs in zone H and the corresponding measures of paraffin prevention and paraffin removal by means of theoretical analysis,experimental study and field test in combination with the actual production of oil fields.By crude oil and wax sample component analysis,to determine the serious paraffin deposit H area horizontal wellbore and the main influencing factors,in H area of horizontal wellbore sample to carry out the efficient evaluation of paraffin removal agent selection,complete with paraffin wax cleaning agent for daily production rate,and on the basis of this study is suitable for the H section of paraffin technology of horizontal well paraffin removal agent and QXCH-1 FXCH-2 paraffin inhibitor.The new type of paraffin remover QXCH-1 is mainly from the paraffin remover main agent and its best proportion,penetration agent,surfactant dosage,through orthogonal experiment,to determine the optimal proportion of combination,and then evaluate its paraffin performance.The wax inhibitor FXCH-2 mainly selects the optimal wax crystal improver and surfactant and then prepares them.Paraffin removal agent,the study indicates that QXCH-1 dissolve wax effect reached more than 0.020g/min,FXCH-2paraffin inhibitor paraffin effect more than 40%,the viscosity reduction rate of 30% above,related points for daily production with paraffin inhibitor reduce 6?above,paraffin rate compared with the existing daily production with paraffin inhibitor increase more than 30%.Compared with the existing paraffin remover QCX-1 and QCX-2 for daily production,the total cost of QXCH-1 is reduced by35%,and that of anti-wax agent FXCH-2 is reduced by25% compared with that of anti-wax agent QCX-3.
