In the process of oil exploration,as the change of conditions such as temperature,pressure,flow speed,wax precipitation and deposition in crude oil,taking the wax.The paraffin cycle according to the production experience,with reference to the well pressure,air content,such as flow rate,difficult to determine the reasonable paraffin removal cycle,also the lack of effective means to judge the oil well paraffin deposit.In order to determine the science of paraffin removal cycle,reduce production cost,taking xinjiang baikouquan oilfield.the paper springs production plant production Wells as the research object,through the indoor research and field test,analyzes the law of oil well paraffin deposit,oil well paraffin removal cycle model is established,and conduct the thorough research to the technology of paraffin oil field,the formation of scientific forecasting methods of oil well paraffin removal cycle,provide theoretical guidance for paraffin homework.In xinjiang baikouquan oilfield,the spring production paraffin cycle and have investigated the current situation of the technology of paraffin.The mouth springs oil paraffin well about512 contracts a year,including thermal washing method of paraffin well 335,microbial paraffin well 55,chemical paraffin 100 well.Hot wash well paraffin,paraffin removal cycle well below the 18.8% in 30 days,a well of 30~ 60 days accounted for 34.2%,more than 60 days well accounted for 47%.Choose high,medium and low moisture content of different oil Wells,such as 1314,1304,1314 A,1060,b T14013 and b T14018.as the research object,in several Wells of glial,asphaltene and wax content of crude oil under different temperature,the density and viscosity,freezing point,analysis of determination of wax;The ion analysis of produced water,the waxy appearance,infrared,energy spectrum,the carbon number distribution analysis.The results show that the selected oil solidifying point is below 40?,1060 and 1314 belong to the waxy crude oil,the 1304,1349 A,b T14013 and b T14018 are high waxy crude oil;By DSC measure analysis of wax oil Wells in 17 ? ~25 ? between;In 1060 and 1349 a belong to light oil viscosity,1304 and 1314 belong to light oil with high viscosity,b T14013,b T14018 high viscosity and heavy oil.Through the sample analysis shows that produced water for Na HCO3,the moisture content of the selected Wells is between 50%~90%.Waxy is mainly composed of saturated hydrocarbon,constituent elements,mainly for carbon carbon between waxy mainly for C16~C30,waxy of colloid and asphaltene content was 35.5%.Through the indoor ring experiment,the temperature,flow velocity,the effects of moisture content of paraffin deposit rate.The results showed that all other things being equal,at 30 ?,1314,1304,1349 A,1060,b T14013 and b T14018 paraffin deposit rates were 4.32g/(m2.h),3.13 g/(m2.h),5.06 g/(m2.h),4.55 g/(m2.h),8.45 g/(m2.h),7.89 g/(m2.h).Through the grey relation theory analysis,the main factors affecting oil well paraffin deposit for temperature,velocity,moisture content,the wax content,etc.And paraffin deposit thickness is derived with the formula between the factors such as temperature,velocity,moisture content,oil well paraffin removal cycle model is set up,the development of oil well paraffin removal cycle procedure,and the on-site verification.
