The exploitation of mineral resources inevitably destroys the ecological balance of nature.The environmental problems it brings can not be ignored.Geological disasters and ecological damage caused by mining have seriously endangered people's life safety and social and economic development.In the utilization of mineral resources development,mining environment and planning the implementation of remote sensing investigation and monitoring,to evaluate mine environment,for the ministry of land and resources and the provincial land and resources management departments to develop mineral resources planning,keep the sustainable development and utilization of mineral resources,maintaining the order of mining and the comprehensive improvement of the mining area environment,etc.To provide technical support and decision-making basis.Relying on the project of "remote sensing monitoring of mineral resources development environment in liaoning province",this paper takes the city of Dashiqiao in liaoning province as the research area.On the basis of remote sensing survey and monitoring of mine development,an evaluation model of mine environment was constructed.Its main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)By establishing the interpretation mark of mine features,ArcGIS and ENVI are used for data processing and human-computer interaction interpretation,and field verification is combined to ensure the accuracy of interpretation results.(2)By comparing the merits and demerits of various evaluation methods and referring to the relevant literature of mine environmental assessment,the combination of analytic hierarchy process and rough set theory and grid method are selected to ensure the scientificity of the evaluation results.(3)According to the interpretation results,nine indicators of mine development activities,mining environment and geological hazards are selected as the evaluation indicators of this study.They are mining species,mining mode,mining intensity,mining density,mining status,development land occupation ratio,restoration and control,dust pollution,collapse and debris flow.Referring to relevant technical requirements and literature,the mine in this paper is established.According to the grading standard of environmental assessment,the mine environmental assessment of Dashiqiao City is divided into serious impact area,more serious impact area and lighter impact area.(4)According to the evaluation,the area of seriously affected area is about 6496.36 hectares,accounting for 4.03%;the area of heavily affected area is about 23502.96 hectares,accounting for 14.58%;the area of lightly affected area is about 131200.68 hectares,accounting for 81.39%.The mine environmental quality of Dashiqiao City as a whole belongs to a relatively light impact area,which basically conforms to the actual situation of the study area,and can provide a reference basis for mine environmental control work.However,the proportion of mine environment seriously affected area and more seriously affected area is over 15%,which should be paid more attention.Figure[25]table[18]reference[75]...
