Research On Performance Evaluation Of A Chemical Enterprise's Social Responsibility

As the economy has developed and the society has advanced,the requirements of the new era for enterprises have also changed,and enterprises that only pay attention to financial performance have no longer been in line with the social development requirements of enterprises,as social responsibility has become one of the important factors to measure operating performances of enterprises.People have begun to pay attention to the social effects of enterprise behaviors,and the discussion and attention to the social responsibilities of enterprises from the theoretical circle to practical circle have also been increasing.Under such a large background,many enterprises have begun to combine social responsibility with the long-term strategic goals of the enterprise and actively fulfill their social responsibilities,which serves as the advantage of the enterprise's development and competition in the future.The positive impacts of enterprise social responsibilities on enterprise developments have also begun to gain recognition.Due to the characteristics of high pollution and high energy consumption,chemical enterprises have received great attention from the society in fulfilling their social responsibilities,so it is imperative to improve the social responsibility performances of chemical enterprises.Taking A chemical enterprise as the research object,the thesis has studied the performance evaluation of social responsibility of A chemical enterprise by collecting relevant data of the enterprise and applying the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.First of all,through an in-depth understanding of the relevant information of the enterprise and its actual situation,this thesis has analyzed the implementation of its social responsibility from the following seven factors: shareholders,creditors,suppliers,government,employees,environment and community,and pointed out the problems of A chemical enterprise form the perspective of social responsibility in a targeted manner.Secondly,selecting the indicators for the seven main factors affecting the social responsibility of A chemical enterprises,combined with the characteristics of chemical enterprises and the scale of enterprises,this thesis has selected 28 secondary indicators to construct the performance evaluation indicator system of A chemical enterprise's social responsibility,and used this as a guide to determine the subject and the object of the evaluation system as well as evaluation methods.In the end,the thesis has used the analytic hierarchy process to determine the fuzzy evaluation vector of indicators,and determined the evaluation results of various indicators to comprehensively evaluate the performance of A chemical enterprise's social responsibility,and also proposed a strategy for improving the performance of A chemical enterprise's social responsibility,which includes: strengthening the social responsibility awareness of all employees,paying attention to the safety and health of employees,strengthening the environmental protection of enterprises,and joining community public welfare causes,hoping to provide help with the A chemical enterprise to improve its performance of social responsibility.
