The beam pumping unit is an important mechanical equipment for oil exploitation.It has the advantages of simple structure,reliable working performance and long service life,but it also has the disadvantages of low efficiency and high energy consumption.In this paper,the energy analysis and parameter optimization of the beam pumping unit are mainly carried out to reduce the energy consumption of the pumping unit and improve the mining efficiency.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Through the literature review,the factors affecting the energy consumption of the beam pumping unit are introduced,and the factors affecting the energy consumption of the beam pumping unit are analyzed.Through the research on the known improvement scheme,the current energy consumption improvement of the pumping unit is found.The measures are mostly limited to a single factor,and there is no overall optimization of multiple factors.The main factors affecting the energy consumption of the beam pumping unit were determined.Through the simulation tests of various kinematics and dynamics of different parameters of the beam pumping unit under the same conditions,the state of motion and dynamics are analyzed.The main factors affecting the energy consumption of the pumping unit are the crank size,the size of the connecting rod,the size of the rear arm of the beam,the horizontal distance from the output center of the reducer to the center of rotation of the beam,the crank balance torque and the balance angle.A quantitative analysis model of the relationship between the main influencing factors and energy consumption was established.A mathematical model was established by analyzing the pumping mechanism and the motion load.The net torque root mean square value of the reducer is determined as the standard for energy consumption.The orthogonal test method was used to test and evaluate various factors and energy consumption.The test was arranged by orthogonal test and the test results were analyzed.Through the analysis of the results,the importance of each factor to the target value is determined.The order of the order is the maximum crank balance moment,the horizontal distance between the two cores,the balance angle,the length of the connecting rod,the length of the rear arm of the beam,and the length of the crank.The optimal combination is determined.By optimizing the combination,the target value of the energy consumption of the pumping unit CYJ10-3.0-53 B was reduced from 12.88 to 9.312,which achieved the optimization goal.The research results of this paper have a certain reference function for the design of beam pumping unit.
