At present,double horsehead pumping unit is widely used in oil production because of its long stroke,good energy saving,small dynamic load,stable operation and easy start.However,according to the field practical investigation,it is found that the machine has some shortcomings in the use process,such as the energy-saving effect is not obvious and the rear donkey head suspension rope is easy to break.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly analyzes and optimizes the curve parameters of rear horsehead,and selects the curve parameters with the best energy saving effect.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the shortcomings of conventional beam pumping units are analyzed,the relationship between four-bar mechanism and energy consumption of pumping system is discussed,and the application scope of various new energy-saving pumping units is compared.The reason why double horsehead beam pumping units are widely used and the future development direction are obtained;Through the vector polygon method,the geometric simplified model of the double horsehead pumping unit with different rear horsehead curve forms is established,the calculation of the kinematic and dynamic characteristics is analyzed,and the detailed mathematical model is established,which establishes the basis for the subsequent energy consumption analysis and parameter optimization;The energy consumption factors of the pumping system of double horsehead pumping unit are analyzed.It is found that the pumping system is a whole and its energy consumption is the product of 8 subsystems.The specific influence of horsehead on the energy consumption of the pumping system after pumping unit is determined;By using MATLAB software,the movement and dynamic change of double horsehead pumping unit are simulated with different size parameters,and the energy consumption of double horsehead pumping unit whose back horsehead curve is in the form of arc(single arc,double arc,three arc)and Archimedes profile is quantitatively analyzed;The bat algorithm of genetic algorithm is applied to optimize the size parameters of CYJS6-2.5-18 hb double horsehead pumping unit by selecting the minimum RMS value of the net torque of the reducer as the objective function.
