A total of more than 172000 Chinese petroleum machinery production,which the pumping unit well and more than 150000,and screw pump well and more than 10000.Only in daqing oil field pumping unit well and more than 45000,and 77% of the total number of machine production Wells,power consumed about 3.6 billion KWH,accounts for more than a quarter of oilfield production total power consumption,energy consumption.Is common in daqing oil field pumping unit selection is not reasonable,low utilization rate of load,big problem in the car,utilization of well pumping unit load much below 70%,initial investment waste and increase of energy consumption,and many other serious problems.Along with the development of mining object changes,policy adjustment and oil well produced fluid volume change law is more complex,pumping unit model selection principle is not clear.Pumping unit well polished rod load calculation formula is not suitable for polymer flooding,asp flooding and the calculation of the low permeable oil fields,oil field commonly used double-horse head beam pumping unit,the partial barbell pumping unit,tower mounted pumping unit such as the lack of corresponding calculation model and optimization method.Complexity is increasingly prominent in oil field production,the development policies need to adjust,the parameter optimization method is difficult to meet the requirements.The lack of drive apparatus and matching method of pumping unit.For reasonable selection of pumping unit type and form a complete set of equipment,optimization of pumping unit operation parameters,improve system efficiency,reduce the initial investment of pumping Wells,realize saving energy and reducing consumption,by improving the theoretical level,application transformation design concept and energy saving products,formed a set of perfect optimization and design method of pumping unit well lifting system.Project since 2010,through the different types of daqing oilfield well pattern,displacement mode and the exploitation of formation oil well produced fluid volume change law of preliminary selection based on pumping unit are given,according to the amount of liquid producing secondary check method,combining with economic index comparison method,improve the pumping unit type selection principle,improve the rationality of the design of the machine mining scheme and operability.The project is put forward for the first time pumping unit type \ "prediction-analog-selection\" new model,established the phase-out pumping unit,the partial barbell pumping unit,double-horse head beam pumping unit and the tower mounted pumping unit of kinematics and dynamics parameter calculation method.On system efficiency,power consumption,investment,security as the goal,puts forward a multi-objective pumping unit operation parameters optimization method,to ensure the development policy adjustments or technical level to be able to choose reasonable production parameters.Proposed the motor and the reasonable matching method of pumping unit,analyzes the high slip motor and ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor's influence on the load,torque,power,template matching and mapped the motor pumping unit,improve the motor optimization theory.The results of field application in daqing oil field,the implementation of 3848 Wells,lower investment of about 170 million yuan,power saving 173.88 million KWH,277.8086 million yuan in economic returns.
