With the continuous development of China's industrial industry,China's machine tool retention scale has become the world's first,with the continuous upgrading of industrial technology,a large number of machine tools are facing elimination,machine tool remanufacturing has become a key support industry in China.In the machine tool remanufacturing project,the recovery of the used machine tools is one of the key links.However,now most of the machine tool remanufacturing enterprises mainly study the machine tool remanufacturing technology,did not study the machine tool recycling network in detail.Because there are many uncertainties in the process of reverse logistics of remanufacturing used machine tools,which is more complex than traditional forward logistics,some problems in the process are difficult to find effective solutions in the traditional logistics theory.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the remanufacturing and recycling of machine tools.Based on the background of a waste machine tool remanufacturing company,this paper makes an in-depth study on the reverse logistics process of waste machine tool remanufacturing.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of large fluctuation and difficulty in prediction of the recycling amount of used machine tools,a prediction model of the recycling amount of used machine tools based on GM(1,1)and Fourier series is proposed,This method mainly establishes GM(1,1)model for the original sequence to describe the overall trend of the system,Then,Fourier series was used to fit the residual sequence between the predicted value of GM(1,1)model and the original value,Thus,the prediction accuracy of the recycling amount of used machine tools can be improved.(2)Aiming at the reverse logistics network for remanufacturing of used machine tools,based on the analysis of reverse logistics network,a model of reverse logistics network for remanufacturing of used machine tools under the constraint of carbon tax is established,the carbon emission and activity cost of each link in the remanufacturing reverse logistics network have been fully considered,from two aspects of carbon emissions,the total network cost of reverse logistics network planning and design,and finally the model is solved by LINGO software.(3)Aiming at the problems of uncertainty and non-quantitative evaluation in the selection process of the third-party logistics supplier for the recovery of used machine tools,using the method of sorting sequence relations and close to the ideal solution of mixed evaluation method,based on the influence of the third party logistics supplier selection evaluation index after the comprehensive analysis and calculation,set up the third party logistics supplier evaluation system.In this way,the selection of third-party logistics suppliers can be realized concretely and quantitatively.This paper takes the remanufacturing reverse logistics process of a machine tool remanufacturing company as an example.Firstly,the recovery was predicted according to the existing sample size;Secondly,the remanufacturing reverse logistics network model is constructed.Finally,the third party logistics suppliers are evaluated.The theoretical basis and solution are provided for the planning of reverse logistics in the remanufacturing of used machine tools.
