Product service system(PSS)is a new kind of manufacturing system emerging under the background of manufacturing industry servitization.It's helpful for improving the production level of our country to deeply study and realize PSS.The core of PSS is considering the customer needs fully,encouraging the suppliers' initiative involvement in PSS development,and providing the customers with the overall solutions.In this thesis,the development of PSS for CNC machine tools with supplier involvement was researched.And the main contents are outlined as follows.(1)The principles for supplier evaluation and selection were summarized,and the process of supplier evaluation and selection was determined.The evaluation system including quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes was established.In this thesis,the subjective weights of quantitative indexes were determined based on AHP,and the objective weights of quantitative indexes were determined based on information entropy and gray correlation.A 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic representation model was used to determine the subjective weights and objective weights of qualitative indexes.Finally,the suppliers were selected based on VIKOR.(2)The customer needs of CNC machine tools were analyzed,and the information of product functions and service functions was obtained.Then the contribution matrix of component-function was built.Product modular design was researched based on FCM,and the schemes were optimized based on SAGA.Finally,the relationship model of service activities was built,and DSM was used to implement service modularization.(3)The theoretical research of PSS development with supplier involvement was carried on,and the process model was built.Then maintenance service process was determined based on service blueprint.And maintenance service planning was implemented by using the concept of maintenance compatibility.Finally,the model of recovery and remanufacturing was established,and the theory of recycling and remanufacturing for CNC machine tools with supplier involvement was analyzed.(4)The method and principle of product design task decomposition for CNC machine tools were explored.Then the task decomposition was carried on,and the feasibility judgment was done.The matrix of task relationship was constructed,and the coupled task set was identified based on fuzzy clustering.Design task structured model was built based on DSM.After that,the outsourcing decision was made,and the task allocation model was established.Finally,GA was used to implement the task allocation,and the timing and manner of supplier involvement in PSS development were determined.(5)On the basis of the theorical research above,C-PSS development system was programmed using MATLAB GUI as the developing tool,and the system was verified.This thesis studied the supplier evaluation and selection for PSS development of CNC machine tools,and implemented the modular design for C-PSS.The service and product design task with supplier involvement were planned.Finally,C-PSS development system was programmed.
