With the rapid development and widespread application of nuclear technology,leakage accidents of nuclear power have emerged endlessly.It makes nuclear power safety issue the focus of our attention.Handling of nuclear facilities entering the decommissioning stage timely and properly is a prerequisite for the development of nuclear power in China.In particular,the containment of abandoned nuclear facilities,as a protective barrier,has the characteristics of large volume and extremely thick outer wall.Removing it is a key step in the disintegration work.Therefore,how to remove the containment safely and efficiently is an urgent problem to be solved.The subject is from the National Natural Science Foundation project “Fundamental Technology Research on the Decommissioning of Nuclear Facilities”(HEUCFP201848).The paper designs a diamond wire sawing machine which can be operated remotely and cut attitude can be changed.It is suitable for cutting the containment made of reinforced concrete with a thickness of 1000 mm,a diameter of 39,000 mm and a height of 60,000 mm.The paper introduces the technical methods and development status of the dismantling of nuclear facilities at home and abroad,expounds the research results of the cooling method and wear performance of the wire sawing system,and clarifies the design goal of cutting the containment of nuclear facilities with diamond wire sawing.By analyzing the cutting mechanism and working environment of the containment,the paper presents a general design scheme of a diamond wire saw machine.It designs the structure of diamond wire sawing machine,and preliminarily selects the cutting parameter range in combination with theoretical calculation.Based on AdvantEdge simulation software,the paper establishes the geometric model of diamond single-particle cutting reinforced concrete material,and studies the influence of different cooling conditions on cutting heat.According to the simulation analysis of the cutting force and temperature field,the cooling conditions with the best cooling effect and lubrication effect are determined.The paper sets up the cutting wear model of diamond particles.Multiple single factor test methods were used to study the influence of different cutting parameters on the wear performance of diamond beads.On the basis of theoretical calculations,the range of cutting parameters of the wire saw machine is further determined through simulation analysis.The paper studies the effects of different cutting parameters on the wear of diamond beads by the experimental verification results of cutting reinforced concrete specimens by diamond wire sawing machine.The experimental results and the simulation results are mutually corrected,and the cutting parameter range of the diamond wire sawing machine is finally determined.
