Hard-rittle materials has been widely used in aerospace, deep sea exploration, industrial production with its special physical and mechanical properties.Because of the high hardness and brittleness of these materials, the cutting processing for these materials is very difficult.Diamond wire saw cutting technology is widely used in the cutting process of hard-brittle materials with the advantages of narrow slit, environmental friendliness and high slice quality. With the requirements of the product's surface is getting higher and higher, the quality of the product's surface evaluation has not only rigidly adhere to a single surface roughness value, its micro-surface morphology is also more and more pay attention to people. There are many factors that affect the final micro-surface morphology of the diamond wire saw, such as the material properties of the abrasive grains, the physical properties of the machined parts, and the process parameters in the cutting processing. In this paper, the effects of process parameters on the micro-surface morphology of the machined surface has been studied. The main research contents are summarized as follows:The influence of different processing parameters on the surface quality during the process of reciprocating wire sawing was analyzed.Analyzed the effects of wire saw speed, feed rate and wire saw tension on the surface roughness. Then, used the response surface method to establish the mathematical model of the surface roughness as the response value and the cutting process parameters as the response factors. The regression coefficients of the model are obtained by reasonable experiment, and the reliability of the model is verified by variance analysis. And optimize the process parameters.Established a model of cutting force during reciprocating wire saw cutting. The relationship between the process parameters and the depth of material removal during the processing of hard-brittle materials was established based on the theory of slip line field.Lay the foundation for the establishment of the follow-up model.Based on the model of material removal depth, the mathematic model of surface micro-geometrical morphology of machined surface during wire saw cutting was established.According to the movement characteristics of the abrasive grains during the sawing process, established a mathematical model of the trajectories of the abrasive grains in a single commutation period.Analyzed The influence of wire saw commutation period on the microstructure of the surface of the part, and the micro-geometric morphology of the slice was obtained.Using the MATLAB software to simulate the surface morphology under different processing parameters.By comparing with the experimental results,it is proved that the model can effectively characterize the influence of the machining parameters on the surface microstructure of the square part during the cutting process. The relative error between the simulation results and the test results is analyzed.Discuss the effects of different processing parameters on the surface microcosm appearance.
