| The process of producing ladder beams is mainly relying on manual feeding and manual arc welding nowadays.This leads to low production efficiency and unstable quality.Therefore,there is an urgent need for automated ladder beams welding production equipment at the production site to improve production efficiency and ensure the quality of welding quality.Automatic welding equipment mainly includes the design of controlling systems and the design of welding systems.In is paper,we design a suit of Ladder Beam Automatic Welding equipment to achieve the goal of automation.In order to meet the request of the practice,this paper designs the main mechanisms in the ladder beams welding equipment and selects the welding method of resistance welding.The production process of the equipment and the process parameters of the resistance welding are determined experimentally.The accessories of the equipment are modeled by the software of SolidWorks firstly.Then virtual assemble the general architecture in the computer,not only to check and judge if it has the interferences,but also can revise the mistakes in on the course of designing and assemble the equipment.Lastly,analyzing the stress of the main accessories and parts using the stress analysis software of ANSYS,forecasting the endure force and the distortion of the accessories and the parts.Automate the equipment by designing short material automatic feeding mechanism,speed matching device,automatic shearing equipment and automatic resistance welding equipment.At last,giving a whole summary of the designing process of the machine and amend some shortages in the designing.Through the resistance spot welding process test,tensile test to determine the best welding standard,make ladder beam production in the premise of high efficiency and ensure welding quality.Experiments show that the system can meet the needs of the automatic production line of ladder beam welding. |
