Application Research Of Small Household Sewage Treatment Equipment In Rural Toilet Renovation In Cold And Severe Cold Areas

With the progress of the rural toilet revolution,it is necessary to solve the problem of antifreeze of flushing toilets and the treatment of toilet sewage in the process of toilet renovation in cold and cold regions.The small-scale household sewage treatment equipment developed by our research group can handle toilet sewage,and the equipment adopts biological treatment technology.Under low temperature conditions,the treatment effect is reduced.The traditional deep burial method has high construction cost and is not conducive to later utilization and management.In view of the problem of using small household sewage treatment equipment to transform water flushing toilets in cold and cold regions,this paper proposes a ground temperature suitable for cold and cold regions by theoretical analysis,field test and temperature field simulation.The use of small household sewage equipment setting technology and toilet antifreeze water rushing technology mode.In the cold area,a village in the suburbs of Tai'an City,Shandong Province was selected for on-site temperature detection test.The test showed that the change of water temperature in small household sewage treatment equipment was smaller with temperature;when the depth was 1.4m,the ground temperature tends to be stable.It basically does not change with time and outside temperature;the soil temperature with a depth of 2m is about 10 ?.The ANSYS Workbench simulation software was used to simulate the steady-state temperature field of the sewage treatment equipment in cold and cold regions.The change of water temperature in the sewage treatment equipment before and after the installation of the insulation board was compared and analyzed,and the insulation of different sizes(XPS)was added.The thermal steady-state distribution of water temperature in small household sewage treatment equipment.By analyzing the results of the analysis of the sewage treatment equipment and the on-site test,it is concluded that the daily minimum temperature is-10 ° C and-20 ° C cold and severe cold,when the equipment is buried at a depth of 1.8 m,small household sewage When the equipment is equipped with insulation board,the size should be 3800mm×2900mm×100mm,which can ensure the temperature of the water in the sewage treatment equipment,so that the small household sewage treatment equipment can be applied in the cold and cold winter.In this study,pilot experiments were carried out in Laiwu District,Jinan City,Shandong Province,and Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Province in the cold region.The application of antifreeze water rushing technology for toilets and the application of thermal treatment technology for small household sewage treatment equipment were provided.Track research.The research results are conducive to solving the reference and setting of the use of flushing toilets and small household sewage treatment equipment in cold and cold rural areas,which is conducive to the transformation of low-cost toilets in cold and cold regions.
