General aviation has developed rapidly in recent years,but the unsafe incidents have increased year by year because of the complex operating airspace environment and the lag of technology.It is necessary to consider all kinds of negative factors affecting the operational safety of general aviation from the perspective of management and technology in order to maintain the operational safety and reliability of general aviation in a high level.Obtaining symptoms of unsafe events from flight data is one of the key technologies to prevent accidents in advance and to supervise them afterwards.This paper draws on the ideas,methods and techniques of flight quality monitoring in the field of transportation aviation,and designs and implements a flight quality monitoring system that can be applied to flight training.It conducts research on Cessna-172 aircraft as a specific research object for general flight quality monitoring.Firstly,the background,composition and work flow of flight quality monitoring system are discussed,and the research status at home and abroad is discussed.The SD card data format of Garmin 1000 avionics system carried by Cessna-172 aircraft is preliminarily analyzed,and the main parameters of navigation flight quality monitoring and its pre-processing technology are determined;Secondly,according to the actual situation of flight training,the requirements of the navigation quality monitoring system for navigation are analyzed in detail.The judgment and demarcation basis of typical overrun events and their levels based on different flight phases are given.Classification integration;Thirdly,the overall structure of the flight quality monitoring system is designed,and the algorithms for judging and delimiting the typical over-limit events and their levels are given.Finally,completed the system.The prototype is developed,the main functions are realized,and the system is tested with real flight record data,and the overrun events are compared and analyzed.Through the research and development of Navigation-oriented flight quality monitoring system,this paper puts forward the method of judging and evaluating the over-limit events and their grades based on flight stage,designs and implements relevant algorithms,which has certain practical application value and reference significance.The prototype system developed can satisfy the requirements of navigation flight safety supervision by actual data testing,andlays a certain technical foundation for the application of navigation flight quality Assurance.
